Totally updated unit. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Community pool is steps away but far enough away so noise is not an issue. Sit on the lovely patio and view the beautiful golf course and fountain. Near upscale shopping and restaurants at El Paseo. This property is approved for short term rental by the City of Palm Desert STR License number STR2002-0275

Wonderful 2 Month Stay

The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and there was virtually nothing we needed that wasn’t found in the house. It was perfect and Sybil was a great communicator and property manager. We could not have been happier with this property. Thank you!!

An “Oasis in the Desert”’

Everything was perfect!Great location, close to the Indian Wells Tennis tournament …5 minutes!Close to El Paseo too!Sun all day or shade … your choice with 2 patios.Pickleball, Golf, mini putt, driving range, lending library and clubhouse dinner events all available to short term renters . Terri was the best host ever .. so many amenities in the home for use .Loved our stay 10/10 and the beds were comfy too !
