A short 10 minute walk to the world renowned shops/dining of El Paseo/ featuring a sprawling private resort style backyard nestled on a 1/2 acre lot professionally landscaped featuring pebble tech pool, spa, large turf and ample seating areas, fire pit built in kitchen / BBQ inspired by the 1 Hotel.

Enjoy the tranquility of the magical desert . Casa Lola Palmas, a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom resort style home located in the prime estate section of South Palm Desert on a 20,000 sf lot. This oversized desert oasis boasts a private walled backyard sanctuary complete with stunning Santa Rosa mtn views, cactus and citrus gardens. Soak in the sun relaxing in the multi seating areas poolside. We offer EV charger , built in outdoor kitchen for a BBQ under the stars as well as a ping pong table, spa and many large umbrellas for shade. This is the perfect desert retreat, magical and peaceful . We offer pool heat for $2500 a month and require guest to cover the $400 check out clean and a $400 mid stay clean every2 weeks. If additional cleaning is required we can arrange .
