Desert Falls Country Club Condo - Pool - Golf

Newly remodeled furnished condo. This country club is located across the street from the JW Desert Springs Marriott and is within walking distance to top area restaurants and grocery stores.

Property is near Palm Desert shopping district El Paseo and less then two miles from Acrisure Arena! If you plan to do any hiking make sure to let me know. I will provide you information on the best trails in the area, including where you are most likely to find the Bighorn Sheep.

Two furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, office space, laundry room, living room, kitchen and patio. Located in Palm Desert, this condo overlooks a pool and spa and this guard gated community offers a clubhouse restaurant and bar, full fitness center with weight room, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course. For pickleball lovers, this property features 8 courts and has open play daily from 8am-12pm.

Guests will be provided with a number they can use for assistance anytime during their stay.
Respect the home: Please treat our condo with the same care you would your own.
No smoking indoors: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area near the west parking lot.
No parties or events: Please, no large gatherings or loud parties.
Quiet hours: Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 PM – 7 AM.
Registered guests only: Only guests listed on the booking may stay overnight. Unregistered overnight guests will result in an additional fee of $100 per person per night.
Pool & amenities: Please follow posted community pool rules and return any pool towels/floaties after use.
Please park in driveway or garage, no street parking. If using garage, please return garage door opener upon checkout.
Trash & recycling: Please dispose of trash in the outdoor bins before checkout.

We enjoyed the property and our stay in Palm Desert.. The property was renovated and very clean. Matt was easy to reach and very accommodating. We would recommend the condo and plan to return next year.

Great trip!

Great condo in a central location, with everything we needed and then some! Loved that the pool was so close, as we came down to relax and soak up some sun - didn’t expect record breaking heat! Access to the garage was nice too! Matt was a great host!

Beautiful week in Palm Desert

We spent a great week golfing, hiking and hanging out by the pool. Morning walks to the fitness center were also part of our routine. The unit was well equipped and the owner was very responsive.

The property was very nice and clean and comfortable on first impression when you walk in the door and our stay met or exceeded all our expectations. The host Matthew made check in and check out a breeze and he was easy to get in touch with. Unit was very near one of the pools and spas in the gated golf course community of Desert Falls. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location and property!

This was our third Vrbo inside desert Falls, and by far our favorite, The overall attention to essentials and atmosphere really made for a pleasant stay. After a long road trip checking in was very easy. Communication was easy as well. Swimming pool just out the back door what more could you ask for 10 out of 10 property!

Our stay was pleasant. Celebrating a birthday. Kitchen well supplied. Only drawback was we didn't realize it was missing an outdoor grill. We would have eaten in a few times if there had been one on the property.

Palm Desert Getaway

The location and accomodations were fantastic. The pool is steps out the door. The kitchen is well stocked and overall it was one of my better experiences renting in Palm Desert. Matt the owner was fantastic and the communication with him couldn't of been any better. I will be staying here again in the future.
