INTERIOR
Amazingly decorated condo features an open living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchens is fully stocked with everything you need for your meal prep! New appliances, cabinets and counters deliver a fantastic experience. The four person breakfast table is ideal for morning cups of coffee and/or breakfast. The living room features a large sectional sofa, with ample seating for four adults. Enjoy your favorite TV shows or movies on the 55in. SmartTV. The living room features dual sliders to the patio area. Located in the hallway are a full size washer and dryer.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Two bedrooms are located on the west side of the condo. Guest bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a 40in. Smart TV and a large closet. The bedroom utilized the bath across the hallway. Guest bath features a single sink and a shower. Main bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, and a 40in. SmartTV, small work desk and a large closet. The ensuite main bath features dual vanity sinks, ample cabinet space, secret mirror storage and a large walk-in shower. Connect your phone to the ceiling mounted speaker to enjoy your favorite tunes with ambient lighting.

OUTDOORS
The spacious patio features a dining table for four and sectional seating to enjoy the mountain views and cocktails with your loved ones. A three burner propane BBQ is provided for guest use. Patio is located steps to the pool/spa area. Less than ten yards! One covered parking space is available for guests, and additional overnight parking is available onsite.

1 mile to El Paseo Shops & Dining, half mile walk to Ironwood Park, Hike to The Cross (1.7 miles), 1 mile to The Living Desert, 6 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 12 miles to Coachella Valley Fairgrounds (Music Festivals) 20 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A., and Disneyland.

Fantastic Mid-Century Palm Desert Experience

We loved our stay at this condo! It’s just up the hill from El Paseo, a super quick to drive down, or you can walk if you’re feeling like a stroll. The complex has a cool mid-century vibe, with all the condos surrounding a pool that was recently redone and felt brand new. The unit itself is modern, comfy, and well thought out. The main bedroom and bathroom are spacious, and the walk-in shower was a great upgrade. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the porch had an awesome view of the valley and mountains. We spent a lot of time out there. We had to get a little work done, and there were plenty of outlets and USB ports, which made that easy. The place is quiet and friendly, with a mix of owners and renters, mostly from up north or Canada. El Paseo is very close and great for dinner at places like Tommy Bahama’s or Porta Via, and there’s a Whole Foods and Starbucks nearby too. We also took a couple quick trips into Palm Springs, but honestly, we were just as happy relaxing at the condo. Planning to come back next year!
