Perfect Studio
We loved our week-long stay at this studio! So clean, quiet, great location, and everything we needed. Just a few blocks up from El Paseo and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Pool was huge and added bonus was the pool bar with drinks and food. Host Anthony checked in on us a few times to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend staying here!

Great condo!

Paradise!
This studio was amazing. New, clean, perfectly designed and stocked with everything we needed. Walking to el paseo, access to the best pool ever, quiet and relaxing. Morning on the patio was just stunning. Strolls around the resort. Dinner at The Gardens. We loved it all. Anthony is the perfect host.

This studio apartment was just perfect for our weekend stay! All the necessities were included. The apartments is well kept and clean. Access from carport to the apartment is so easy and convenient. Communication with host was easy. I will absolutely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Great studio in a convenient Palm Desert location
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated studio. The quality of the materials, the furniture (including a comfortable bed), the decor items and kitchen accessories shone though…all very tasteful! The kitchen is very well appointed. There is a lot of attention to detail suppling even placemats and coordinating napkins. Additionally, we loved the location which is removed from the busier parts of the resort, therefore quieter. Sitting on the terrace was relaxing all the while hearing the soothing sound of a babbling brook running through the back yard. A pair of mallard ducks visited a couple of times, bathing in the brook. The resort is very well situated since it is only about a 10 minute walk (if that) to El Paseo, a street lined with lovely shops and several restaurants. Finally, we have to compliment Anthony who was always very quick and efficient in responding to any of our enquirers. The communication was smooth as well as ample information on the unit itself and the resort facilities. We felt comfortable and secure. Shadow Mountain Resort is well situated and nicely appointed with both owner operated units as well as resort owned units. Nice pool and grounds add to the charm. We were not there for the tennis although that is an ample opportunity. We stayed an extra two days to further enjoy the resort! We hope to be back! Graham and Nicole

This studio is just as advertised -- bright, contemporary and comfortable. The resort it is located in has a giant pool and is big on tennis. Anthony is a great host - prompt and personable.

Studio with Style & Space
We really enjoyed staying here, it was comfortable, cozy and convenient. The hosts provide everything you need and even a few treats which is a nice touch. It was pretty quiet considering it's a ground floor studio. We'll return and tell our friends as well.

Good Four Day Break in PD!
Overall, the property was accurately described. We were impressed with the renovations and cleanliness, but what is most impressive was the proximity to El Paseo. The walk was easy and we took advantage to the proximity of many great restaurants and shops. On the downside, the bed was very hard. I shared this with Anthony when he checked on us after day one. It was a brand new mattress and is looking into the exchange policy on it. The other minor irritation was the noise from upstairs. We could hear footsteps, TV, and the steps from their little dog among other things. Not much can be done about this. The stay was pleasant and we enjoyed another great trip to Palm Desert. It certainly is a piece of paradise.

This studio apartment is nicely updated, very clean and comfortable and is in an excellent location in Palm Desert, close to all the shopping and restaurants on El Paseo and with easy access to the highway. The bed is excellent and the location is nice and quiet, perfect for a restful stay. The hosts Anthony and Marianne are responsive and very helpful. They gave us some great recommendations to access things we needed for our stay. We can definitely recommend this studio apartment.

We had a great 5 days here. Anthony was easy to deal with and was very quick with responses. Location is perfect. Close to everything and the studio was very nicely renovated. Pleasant stay
This property was perfectly clean and inviting. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The bed was very comfortable. Cute little patio with comfy chairs for sitting outside. This is a down stairs unit and we did have noise from the people upstairs. Not horrible, but they did wake us up. Maybe not the best place if you are a late sleeper.

Even better than it looked online!
The property was perfect for us. Very roomy and stylish. The use of space was excellent and plenty of room in the closet with plenty of hangers. We had everything we needed including a great kitchen, bathroom and TV with cable so we could watch some football :). I highly recommend this property.

Desert Get Away
Stayed over Christmas 2021. Great location; short walk to El Paseo where there is great shopping and restaurants. A few blocks from Hwy 111 with access to Palm Springs. Very clean suite in gated community with pools and tennis 2min walk from suite. Well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, cook top and fridge. Very comfortable bed, nice towels, great shower. Anthony is a great host. We would stay here again and will recommend to out Canadian friends.

Overall impression is 5-star quality and hospitality rating! Would recommend to future VRBO clients, especially if not familiar with using door & gate codes, to keep separate listing of code instructions with you (in car, in wallet/purse, etc.) in case you lose temporary access to phone or email instructions. We had a great stay. The unit was perfect. Location is close to everything. I would highly recommend staying here unless you are looking to play tennis. We didn’t realize the tennis was not included.

Perfect Palm Desert
The hosts have done an amazing job of renovating and decorating this studio. But beyond that they have thought of every detail that visitors might need. Bathroom and kitchen supplies show how much they care about making your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. There is nothing I can think of that they could have done better. The small patio is sunny and enjoyable. The bed comfortable and the location perfect for just a short walk to all the shopping and eateries of Paseo Drive. Don’t miss Momma Gina’s for Italian fare. Spacious studio in established quiet area
This renovated studio is very spacious and the area is very quiet, that is, little or no traffic noise. You can walk to El Paseo in about 10 minutes. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large microwave and flat stove top and full size fridge. (There is no oven or BBQ.) There are lots of nice quality pots and pans, utensils and even ziploc bags and storage containers. Very comfortable bed. Shadow Mountain is an older resort but obviously well cared for judging by the maintenance folks we observed. There are 16 pristine tennis courts and 2 pickleball courts. Host Anthony was quick to respond to any messages and also to check in with us.

I was pleased with the studio apartment as it was very well equipped with quality items supplied for cooking needs and with big towels for the pool . Bed was comfortable and the curtains kept the room dark even when the sun came up in the morning . Very quit as well .
