PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

splended time in the Desert

We had a wonderful time in Palm Desert Resort CC, the housing was perfect with all the things you needed for a great stay. Pool out the back door, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and close to everything we did. We are already making plans for next february.

Convenient location to Indian Wells

Great location for the tournament. Unit has two bedrooms of similar size both with king beds so good with couples. Sofa has four recliner seats so nice for tv and relaxing. Unit has everything you need in kitchen. Low end decor but functional. Recommend management remove throw pillows from beds they are unsanitary

Sleep comfort

The guest room on the left requires a new mattress. The mattress has 2 holes in them that has made sleeping very difficult because the mattress is totally wore out. Other than that the place was nice.

Construction noise

My stay was fine but I should have been notified that there was construction going on in the unit next door. It's not that relaxing during the day when there is sawing and construction noise throughout the day.

Perfect size townhome for our family of 4. Well kept grounds and beautiful property. Plenty of green space in back to play catch. Pool was heated and hot tub nice. Home overall was pretty clean. Could use new rugs and floors could of been a bit cleaner. But we were comfy and happy. Lots of closet space. Towels and bedding were so comfy, so nice after a long day. When we booked this place they showed picture of one bedroom having 2 twin beds, which we wanted. When we arrived it seems the beds were put together to make a king, and was uncomfortable in center. Thanks for hosting us, Palm Desert is awesome!

Disappointment

The property location was great. The property itself was dated, especially the bathrooms, , with various deficines such as a garburator which did not work, as a result of which the sink plugged regularly, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom rugs which were dirty, and in fact I washed those which I could, and the inability to access the same T.V. service in the bedroom as in the living room, was frustrating. The door to the closet where the washer and dryer were, was very hard to open, especially for someone like me with arthritis in my hands. There were limited cleaning products, such as a mop to wash the kitchen floor, or any product to clean the sinks. The living room couches were dirty, and quite uncomfortable. I was quite disappointed.
