The space
Inspired by the colors of the desert, and the textures of the South Seas, the Palmera is a tranquil hideaway in the heart of Palm Desert. With 1350 square feet, vaulted ceilings, open flows, and luxury amenities, this second story, elevated escape brings form and function to new heights. Plus, our fully connected SMART home makes desert living a breeze. Dim the lights, adjust the thermostat, or play your favorite music. Your virtual concierge is always ready to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Guest access
Upon arrival, guests will be given resort passes for the duration of their stay. If driving to the desert, 2 cars may be parked in the driveway. Oversized vehicles, such as a bus, trailer, or mobile home are not permitted. Palm Desert has a strict no party house policy for vacation rentals. Guests who ignore this rule may be fined and evicted without refund.
Other things to note

Wonderful condo in Desert Falls Country Club. Tastefully decorated & well equipped. Extremely quiet. Great location in complex. Excellent property manager. One of the best condos we have rented in Desert Falls Country Club.Would definitely rent again.

We love Desert Falls. The host was excellent and very responsive. The unit is fairly dated and lacks important amenities, e.g. bedding for different temperatures, variety of pillows, suitcase racks, very noisy dishwasher. Excellent TV variety of selections. It would be great to have filtered water.

The condo was centrally located Palm Desert and was in great condition. The property manager was very responsive to all of our inquires both before and during our stay. We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo and would stay here again should we return to Palm Desert.
