Miracle Springs Resort & Spa
Room and hotel needs updating. Carpet in room was torn and room smelled like someone had just smoked. Smelled old. Toilet started bubbling and would stop. The faucet in the tub was wobbly and looked like it was about to fall. Staff were very friendly.

The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert
It was pretty nice. Room was clean and the bed was great. The gym was decent but extremely warm. With 15 ppl working out in there it was stifling. I asked everyday for 4 days if they would cool it down or bring a fan in. Every day they said they would but nothing changed. It would have been so easy ...
