Amazing South Palm Springs condo located in Canyon West Estates.
Located in a gated, quaint and quiet community, the recently remodeled luxurious executive split level condo has 1700 sq. ft of living space designed around an open floor plan.
Two spacious bedroom suites are located in the upper level. The view from the master suite balcony is breathtaking as you take in the Jacinto Mountains. To make the view even more romantic, the master suite has its own fireplace. Each suite has an ensuite bathroom. The condo sleeps 4.
Downstairs you'll find a powder room for guests and a separate laundry room. The covered patio located adjacent to the greenbelt has a barbecue grill. Located on site are two lighted tennis courts, 2 pools with spas, and a clubhouse with a fitness room. You are within minutes of hiking trails, restaurants and downtown Palm Springs

Fabulous condo very quiet neighborhood
We really enjoyed staying here close to pools and workout room. Hosts very prompt answering our questions. The pictures on vrbo are accurate. Kitchen is very well equipped Hope we can stay again. Citrus trees right off patio. Loved it!

Well Appointed South Palm Springs Townhouse
Excellent property exactly as per photos. Probably the best equipped property we’ve stayed at. Owners were available to answer any questions via email, text or phone call. Both pools and hot tubs were heated and tennis courts were lighted and in excellent condition. Gym had up to date exercise machines and weights.

The pools are big and the neighbors are kind. The south PS location means you are close to everything. The beds are comfy and the property manager is fabulous.

The Perfect Place
We have had such a wonderful time in Palm Springs and this condo is part of the reason. Four and 9/10 stars! The community is at the intersection of two main arterials in south Palm Springs ... but because this unit is kind of at the back of the community it is VERY QUIET! We seldom heard any street noise. The perfect vacation setting. The unit came very well-equipped with everything you might need - dishes, cookware, cleaning products. The managers were extremely responsive to a couple special requests on our part. The location is very convenient ... not far from many restaurants and attractions. The rooms are spacious and attractive. The only thing possibly lacking is a dresser in the master bedroom. There are a couple decorative pieces of furniture but nothing with a lot of drawers for you to store clothes. So 1/10th off for that - LOL. The pool area was very nice with many lounge chairs and the pool was warm. The hot tub was large and felt great. Tennis courts were a great attraction. The clubhouse was closed, I assume due to COVID. There are lemon, orange and grapefruit trees right by the patio - help yourself! Loved the view of the mountains as we had our cocktails on the patio in the afternoon. I hope we can return soon!

Comfortable Well -Equipped Condo
We spent a long time choosing the VRBO accommodation we wanted for our three month vacation in Palm Springs. Our twin granddaughters were going to join us for Christmas and loved photos of this condo. So we chose it together and it turned out to be exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was well equipped for all of our needs. Regenia was extremely helpful and supportive as was the owner when needed. Others in the neighborhood were friendly. Great location.
