The main house offers three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, with every bedroom opening directly to the resort-style pool through French doors. The private casita serves as the fourth bedroom and includes a king bed, Smart TV, and its own spacious en-suite bathroom—ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.



Upon entering the home, you'll be welcomed by a vibrant collection of artwork that reflects the colorful spirit of Palm Springs. Be sure to meet **"The Berthas,"** the two striking paintings in the foyer. The same artist also created the beautiful piece displayed above the baby grand piano, giving the home a unique artistic character that sets it apart.



The spacious living room features a gas fireplace, baby grand piano, and large Smart TV, creating the perfect gathering place after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and seating for up to 10 guests between the dining table and breakfast bar.



Outside is where this home truly shines. Enjoy two separate pool areas—one featuring a large 20' x 40' resort-style pool surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas, and the other with a swimming pool, spa, covered patio, outdoor dining, and a natural gas BBQ. The beautifully landscaped yard also features mature citrus trees, allowing guests to pick fresh fruit during their stay.



Additional amenities include a Halo whole-home water filtration system, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, board games, premium linens, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.



Guest Access:

Per City of Palm Springs requirements, we will leave the necessary guest forms at the property for completion upon arrival. All adult guests (18 years and older) are required to review and acknowledge the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure. We kindly ask that the completed forms be signed and returned to our office to remain in compliance with local vacation rental regulations. The primary guest is also required to provide information for all vehicles associated with the reservation.

What's nearby: This Palm Springs vacation rental is a short 5 minute drive to downtown's restaurants and shops, and is convenient to golf courses, attractions, and entertainment. Joshua Tree National Park is also a great place to take a day trip, and well worth the 35-mile scenic drive.

Interaction with Guests:

To comply with City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete a brief virtual check-in via Zoom or Microsoft Teams within 24-72 hours of arrival. Our team will contact you, typically during the week before your stay, to schedule this required appointment. During the check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, review local ordinances, and answer any questions. Please note that the guest who made and paid for the reservation must be the person checking in and must be at least 25 years old. For security and compliance purposes, access information will not be released until the virtual check-in has been completed.
