"Clean and spacious room"

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out, clean and always smelled wonderful. Our air conditioner never worked despite having maintenance come at midnight to defrost the frozen air conditioning unit. We didn't even bother the second night so be prepared to sweat while trying to sleep. I wouldn't bother paying $300 for a cabana as they get you a seat close to the pool and nothing else: no towels laid out for you, blanket to cover the same seat everyone else uses, preferred bar service, or even a bottle of water. "

"Well, you can look at the place as desperately being in need of a renovation...or being charmingly retro. Being charmingly retro ourselves, we choose that. Think of it as being in a time capsule from the 80's. That being said, the staff was excellent, the rooms surprisingly spacious, and all the public spaces were very well maintained. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of downtown. Would we stay there again? Absolutely."

"Very clean and stylish plus great location"

"Overall our room was nice. They texted us each morning to see if we wanted room service that day and were even able to let them know we'd like it after 10:45 am one day. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the Downtown area including restaurants, shopping, and the Walk of the Stars. However, the towels in the room were disgusting! They were so dirty/dingy looking that I wasn't even willing to use them to dry my hands. Also, we spilled some water on the floor and when we wiped it up, the towel came away black! I'm not sure if this was due to the towel being actually dirty or the floor. We put the towels on the floor to be replaced the first morning, but the replacements were just as dirty/dingy."

"Coolest place to stay in the desert. Where else is your pool bar a tiki bar"

"Beautiful boutique-like hotel! The property, the bars and the pools were amazing with a subtle Palm Springs vibe. The staff, including Erica the manager and Vern the Concierge were as good as any 5 star property. Every staff member we encountered was engaging, friendly and went out of their way to help us or simply point out the hidden amenities throughout the hotel. Great location downtown with great restaurants within walking distance "

"The room was okay but somewhat dated. It could use a bit of renovation. The grounds are very nice and the pool and spa are kept clean. The staff was very friendly. My biggest disappointment was the wi-fi. It was weak and kept cutting out."

"We had a great time staying at the property. The location is very close to a lot of retail stores and restaurants. The pool is properlt maintained, was amazingly clean and does not smell chlorine."
