"Our host (Luke) was VERY responsive when we had questions prior to & during our stay. The rooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom, which was nice. The location was good for us in relation to where our daughter moved, but also to the beach, shopping, restaurants and just a short drive to St. Augustine. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Our family group ranged in age from 1-74. There were 13 total. The house was perfect for our group and had plenty of sleeping areas. We loved the large upstairs family area that had enough seating for everyone and room for the kids to play. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. Best of all was the close location of the beach. We highly recommend this home!"
