Small house located at the foot of the bell tower of the Matrice Church in the quaint Old Town of Palmariggi, a typical village in the Salento hinterland. The house, recently restored, is on three levels with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, bedroom on the first floor and upstairs bathroom; at the same level, the terrace with sunscreens bamboo cane and sitting area.

Complete with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, TV, air conditioner wall split, hair dryer, dishes, linens and towels.

By type and internal distribution of the rooms is not suitable for disabled or very elderly.

Ideal for an intimate holiday torque.

Fantastisch!

We hebben een prachtige week gehad. De woning is modern, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Casetta a Palmariggi

Casetta molto carina e particolare in quanto sviluppata in verticale su 3 piani, situata in pratica nel centro di Palmariggi e a breve distanza da Otranto e Maglie. Nel complesso una buona struttura per soggiornare anche per lunghi periodi. Molto probabilmente tornerò in quanto mi sono trovato bene.

Palmariggi e Angelo:alla scoperta della seconda famiglia

Siamo due amiche che hanno scelto la Puglia come meta delle proprie vacanze per la quarta volta. Non conoscevamo Palmariggi anche se avevamo già soggiornato nell'entroterra. Mi sono per caso imbattuta nell'annuncio della casa di Angelo, così lo contatto dopo essermi innamorata a prima vista della casa. Angelo è un proprietario di casa fantastico, simpatico e attento ad ogni dettaglio: la casa è esattamente così come la descrivono le fotografie; è calda, pulita, pratica e quella terrazza è la perla con cui iniziare e concludere le giornate. La posizione in cui si trova l'abitazione è strategica, a soli 5 minuti di auto da Otranto e una quindicina dalle più belle spiagge del Salento. Mi permetto di spendere due parole sugli abitanti di Palmariggi: in soli 7 giorni passati in questo piccolo paesino abbiamo stretto amicizia con tutti i suoi abitanti che ci hanno sempre riservato saluti, parole e tantissime gentilezze come fanno i nonni con i propri nipoti. Palmariggi è un posto familiare e Angelo sa farti sentire parte di questo mondo magico. Consigliatissimo sia per giovani che per coppie alla ricerca di relax. Torneremo sicuramente!

Soggiorno perfetto

Consiglio vivamente questa deliziosa casetta a pochi km da Otranto, ci siamo trovati benissimo, ben tenuta e pulita, fornita di ogni cosa di cui si può aver bisogno, comodissimo appoggio per girare il Salento. Angelo, il proprietario è stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile a fornirci qualsiasi tipo di informazione, le foto rispecchiano davvero la realtà e ci torneremo sicuro.

Pace e tranquillità

La Casetta di Viola è un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. Curata con gusto è molto accogliente grazie anche al terrazzino dove si può mangiare nel fresco della sera salentina. La casa si trova in un piccolo borgo da dove si possono raggiungere le spiagge del Salento e le meravigliose città d'arte dei dintorni: Lecce, Galatina, Nardò, Maglie, Otranto, Melpignano. Abbiamo trascorso delle giornate molto piacevoli. Grazie ad Angelo per l'ospitalità.

Una casetta splendida ed accogliente!!!

Per il secondo anno sono tornata con mia mamma alla Casetta di Viola. Già il fatto di essere tornata nello stesso alloggio può essere indicativo del mio grado di soddisfazione. Alla Casetta non manca nulla. Arredata e corredata con gusto. Spazio abbondante per due persone, doppio bagno ... In cucina c'è tutto quello che può servire e come l'anno scorso abbiamo trovato l'occorrente per la colazione e una "dotazione base " per cucinare; sale, olio .... Le fotografie sono totalmente rispondenti alla realtà. La pulizia è encomiabile. Palmariggi è un paesino molto carino, pulito ed ordinato, non distante dal mare. Non offre vita notturna ma sicuramente un soggiorno rilassante e la possibilità di scegliere ogni giorno un luogo diverso dove andare al mare. Angelo è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Alla casetta ci si sente un po' come "a casa propria"! Grazie per l'ospitalità!!

RIGENERANTE COME UNA PENNICHELLA POMERIDIANA!

Una vacanza nel Salento è un’esplosione dei sensi! Ci si innamora dei suoi mari, della gente, del cibo, del sole, dell’ospitalità… per questo anche quest’anno la nostra scelta è ricaduta su questa splendida terra. Dopo varie ricerche, abbiamo deciso di soggiornare a Palmariggi nella Casetta di Viola. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata: la casa è deliziosa, pulita, arredata con gusto, con un’ottima attenzione al dettaglio e con tutto l’occorrente per la colazione e non solo (anche oltre il necessario direi…). Angelo, il proprietario, è un ragazzo ospitale, sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. Se proprio devo trovare una nota negativa, manca uno specchio a figura intera, che si sa…per noi femminucce non è elemento da poco!! : ) Per il resto vacanza PERFETTA in una location splendida (il Salento, il paesino di Palmariggi e la casa, a cui va un bel 10!!!). Grazie Angelo per aver fatto in modo che la casetta di Viola, per due settimane, fosse anche un po’ casa nostra!

La casetta di Viola is a wonderful little apartment in the middle of the old town of Palmariggi. It is a little village very typically italian, situated about 8 km away from the sea. The apartment is very clean and stylishly furnished. It is perfect for a couple or 2 single persons. The little terrace on the top allows a great view over the old town of Palmariggi - we enjoyed it especially for breakfast and in the evening). The owner is very friendly and helps out with good suggestions of local restaurants and events. The only drop of bitterness were the noisy clocks of the church (which is located directly adjacent to the apartment) ringing about 6 or 7 am on some festive days...

Viaggio nella Puglia delle tradizioni

Splendida casetta nel cuore di Palmariggi, per immergersi nella vera Puglia tradizionale, lontano dal caos e dalla folla delle localita' piu turustiche e modaiole. Otranto e' a soli 10 minuti di distanza, e la casa e' il punto di partenza ideale per escursioni sulla costa Ionica o all'estremo sud della Puglia. Gentilissimo e disponibile il proprietario, torneremo sicuramente. Luca Giorgia.

Tranquillità, sole, mare, tradizioni e cultura

Non ci sono parole per descrivere l'esperienza vissuta in questa bellissima casetta situata in un piccolo e ridente paese a pochissimi km dal mare e da Otranto. Cordialità, gentilezza e simpatia fanno di questo luogo una meta dove sicuramente ritornare. La casetta non ha deluso per nulla le nostre aspettative: dotata di ogni comfort e con un terrazzo che regala serate al fresco e indimenticabili. Non manca nulla in dispensa e gli ambienti al nostro arrivo erano pulitissimi. Il proprietario è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e pronto a fornire tutte le dritte per rendere il soggiorno fantastico: dalle mete da visitare ai localini dove poter gustare degli ottimi prodotti tipici e pesce fresco. Consigliatissimo!!! Noi ritorneremo!

Fantastica ottima squisita, settimana indimenticab

La casetta è stupenda, arredata in maniera egregia, completa di tutto. Il proprietario, persona squisita, ha predisposto tutto, due cambi biancheria e asciugamani, vitto per colazione più che abbondante. Disponibilità completa del proprietario per qualsiasi nostra richiesta, informazioni incluse. Soggiorno indimenticabile. Davvero difficile il dover partire.

E' stato meraviglioso

Fin dal primo giorno abbiamo apprezzato l'eccezionale accoglienza dell'abitazione, anzi della CASETTA! E' situata a qualche chilometro di strada statale da Otranto, in un paese molto tranquillo e silenzioso, che nasconde al suo interno un bellissimo castello ed una stupenda chiesa. I pasti consumati sul terrazzino ci hanno rilassato ed abbiamo apprezzato la presenza dell'aria condizionata, malgrado non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno a causa della stagione mite. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno e qualsiasi esigenza supplementare è stata esaudita dal personale chiamato sul posto, che si è dimostrato particolarmente disponibile e solerte. Unico neo il materasso non comodissimo. Da segnalare l'accoglienza calorosa degli abitanti e dei commercianti del circondario.
