Updates includes the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The home has brand new AC duct work and plumbing. Zen Mini comes fully stocked with most things you would need while being away from home. The mini is approximately 600 sq ft and is located inside of Terra Ceia RV Resort which is centrally located to many major roadways.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Return the air to 76

Any used dishes are washed. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

Select “check out” in the app or message host when departing

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Tampering with or disabling the internet and/or power to the home (breaker boxes) will result in immediate eviction from the premises (without refund)

If you damage the property and or its internal contents including removal of contents you will be charged the cost to replace the items
