"Great house right on the river. Stayed for five days for a wedding in town.. Amber the host was great to communicate with. The house was fully stocked with anything that you needed. Would definitely come back when in town ."

"We had a wonderful stay in Columbia, NC! The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. Everything was well taken care of, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was great, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Columbia area. We would definitely stay here again. "Overall, this property was excellent and makes for a nice, quiet retreat from busy life. It’s an extremely cozy, well decorated, 3-bedroom cabin setting right next to the water. The views are wonderful and the ability to relax next to the water on the home’s personal dock is flat out amazing. My only criticisms are 1) that there are a lot of bugs outside, and while this is normal in that area, the place could use a bug zapper or some other control mechanism. 2) This is definitely an out-of-the-way location, so it would behoove you to utilize the well stocked kitchen by bringing food items to cook while there. The few local restaurants operate when they feel the need and often close early.Like I said though, it was a great experience and I highly recommend the place! "

"The house is in the middle of nowhere, or at least very rural. It gives a lot of privacy for guests, but just know that there are bugs due to the remote area. The host was pretty up front about that, though. That said, we got a lot of value for the cost of the house and we would definitely stay here again. Nathan was prompt with responding to any queries, and it is not too far away from the OBX, less than an hour. Thank you for such a wonderful new experience in NC."
