"Room smelled like mold, when I went to desk they changed my room. Airport shuttle only runs hourly, don't miss it, Very inconvenient. No elevator to use. I wouldn't stay here again."

"This is a $39.00 a night flop house that was painted and had holes in the walls that were poorly patched. They have added new doors, toilets and cheep vinyl floors. Breakfast was very undesireable. They served pre cooked frozen egg patties, along with rotten bananas and a few other items. We took the shuttle to the cruise port. It took two hours to get dropped off due to traffic and lots of customers going to various ships. It's better to take a taxi. Look closley at the pictures. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this business."

"Extremely disappointed at the overall experience. The only positive thing we can say is we were able to get into the room early to leave our luggage. Upon entering, I saw that the floor was absolutely filthy, there were dusty shoe prints all over, hair from previous guests and stains. There were questionable stains on the bedding and bizarrely enough there was a bottle of hand soap instead of shampoo. I told one of the cleaning staff and she told me it was not a room assigned to her, so pretty much like "tough to be you" so of course I told the front staff and he said he'd look into it. We left for at least 6 hours and when we came back it was still dirty. It was also very noisy thanks to the lack of insonorisation, not to mention a very loud drunken argument breaking out right next door that night while we were trying to get our 2 year old son to sleep. There is no way we would ever recommend this place, especially at the inflated price thanks to the F1. We only chose it because there were no reasonably priced hotels available but still, this was shameful."
