Palms Desert Natural Park Holidays

Everything about the service was very good. Staff were fantastic. The room had some small flaws; bedroom door scrapped across the floor and the door frame mounding was falling off and shower stall leaked over the bathroom floor. Location was far from the center of town, but with a car rental, this was a GREAT location. We had easy access to main roads. Metro station was near by. We felt like we had a local experience in this neighborhood and liked it a lot.

The location so convenient to all the landmarks, the nicest staff and room were great. The room has a kitchen as well which is a bonus. We’ll be back.

Tha location was great and the apetment was clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful and communicationnwas great throughout and prior to arrival. The pool and roof terrace was great.
