"Check in was unpleasant, there were only 2 staff members and one staff member was on the phone and the other staff member that assisted me was overwhelmed. He mademe wait, write down my information even though i had a reservation as he had to attend to other customers they were at the concession. "

"The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lobby always smelled good. The motel seems a little bit older, so there was wear and tear in some places. For instance, the tub and bathroom. It took quite awhile to get the hot water in our shower. There were places where water had gotten under the paint and it appeared those bubbles were sliced to drain. The pool was under remodel. The “snack station” was always low on snacks. The cable did go out while we were there. My biggest fear with staying at a motel or hotel is bed bugs and other pests. There were none in our room. It was perfect for what we needed. "

"James was great! Very communicative and professional! The house was very well maintained and really clean! There were little details that made the stay even better. The rooms were very spacious. The bed was so comfortable. We had plenty of towels and black towels for makeup.I would definitely stay here again and would encourage anyone to do the same."

"This isn't as nice as the pictures show. The bedroom a/c was a portable which is fine, but it wasn't connected well and the hose fell out of the window so we couldn't use it. The a/c knob fell off the unit in the living area. The old thermostat on the wall was barely taped to the wall and fell off. No instructions of where to take trash, luckily we found the dumpster. I wish I had taken pictures. Overall it was ok, but definitely needs improvement. There were new towels and wash rags, but weren't even washed. Maybe that's just me, but I like mine to be freshly washed before I use them. "
