"I believe I was double charged in the bar."

"People were friendly and stay was ok. Staff was often unavailable or in the back office. Hot tub was broken and less than ideal. I’ve stayed at 3 Pullman hotels and this one is the middle of the road one of the 3. Holiday Inn was a clear level or two above. "

"Great location. Liked format of room. Main light for room was in a very heavy ceramic fixture. The light did not work/turn on. Light was actually kind of hazardous: knocked my head into twice. Ended up taping a piece of scrap paper onto it to avoid inadvertently running into it."

"Guest men’s bathroom by the lobby has a too low beam in the middle of the toilet stall. I hit my head on the way in and out. Luckily no blood, but not very welcoming to tall (6’-6”) people "

"Vintage and fun decor. Room was clean and comfortable If you like oatmeal for breakfast, they have a pretty impressive oatmeal bar with so many options to add in. "

"The room phone did not work, couldn’t call for more towels or toiletries as housekeeping is only every other day but they didn’t come either. Pool was nice, our room was on the pool side so very loud until 10pm which was okay with us. Breakfast buffet was large. Dint realize hotel was a convention center so really busy and staff seemed sort of spaced out. Average accommodation at a very expensive price."
