Everyone was warm, professional, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. What impressed me most was how they made me feel. You feel genuinely pampered and cared for throughout your stay, without it ever feeling forced. It’s rare to experience such consistently outstanding service across an entire hotel. Thank you to everyone at Fairmont Waterfront for making my visit so enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again."
