You'll find a superb sanctuary, surrounded by gorgeous and perfectly groomed gardens, birds all around, and a front lane view to the most beautiful lake in the world. Combine this with heated pool, infinity jacuzzi, great food and beverages, cozy atmosphere and the friendliest of staff, and you have an all around unforgettable experience.

The hotel is great, only had a missunderstanding with the frontman who wasn't very helpful. Beside the incident, the rest of the staff was great. Amenities are spectacular

Rooms where clean the water pressure is the bathroom could be better but water was warm , staff was great very nice and friendly, the food at the restaurant was ok not the best we had but it was ok , the pool was our part of the hotel, the grounds are well kept and just magical if I ever go back to lake atitlan I will be staying here again

The most beautiful hotel in Panajachel right on the lake. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully decorated. The plants in the gardens were lush and many beautiful birds to greet you. I didn’t want to leave!!

Beautiful property. Friendly, helpful staff. No AC but had fans. ( actually very few places have AC ). The only catch to having beautiful grounds is the need to have lots of ground keeper work thus noisy lawn mowers, weed wackers, etc... And since no AC windows need to be kept open.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the view of the lake here is amazing! I'd say the highlight of our stay was exploring the gardens and enjoying the pool. I did feel like the hotel's restaurant was overpriced and we didn't always enjoy the meals there. While the hotel surroundings are stunning, the hotel could use better lounging areas outside (like hammocks) and update the rooms (they were somewhat dated, poorly lit, and like previous reviews stated, wifi wasn't accessible from the room). The lack of AC was never an issue for us since the temperature during our stay was cool.
