The view was breathtaking, and the staff was very cooperative in getting us the best room available (after booking on short notice). Some of the facilities are under renovation, but I really liked the extras (free water craft, table tennis, and board games) for all. I want to go back.

We ate in restaurant 3 times. service was slow. Had to ask for milk for coffee 3 times. They didnt check on us throughout our meals. Front desk people were excellent. There was confusion about the towel cards.

Run down hotel charging mid range level prices for a motel experience. Staff is not well trained and the facilities are in desperate need for renovations. Would not give a local invoice to avoid paying taxes.

Employees were pretty short and rude. Only the lady who helped us check out seemed happy. They gave us a semi dirty floor towel which we didn’t think was a big deal but then they wanted to charge us when we checked out. I don’t want to spend my money in a place that is making me feel like an inconvenience.
