Clean, comfy and quiet (other than the occasional barking dog during the day), nice staff, good hot water. Tough to find. No signage except for a mural except for a mural on their wall clear down at the end of the walkway. Ask people on the street. They'll point the way.

We enjoyed our stay here. A warning that it’s down a dark alley way and a little hard to find, but the staff sent arrival details prior which helped us find it. Gorgeous terrace upstairs, free water and good water pressure in the shower.

We stayed here for one night. Hotel is located a quick walk to the most busier Santander Street with many shops and restaurant. So it was very convenient. You have to go thru some alies to get to the hotel, but it is super safe. Staff is so friendly and accomodating. They truly make you feel welcome. Room was clean and in good condition. Bathroom was in great shape too and clean, however, if I have to suggest anything is that they replace the shower head. At least in our room it was dirty and some might think disgusting. Still for the rest and their staff I will give this a 5 star review stay.

This hotel is very good for the price. The room was clean the the wifi worked well. It is located in a convenient location the is in easy walking distance of the main town area. We would definitely stay here again and also recommend this hotel.

Staff were so nice, location was excellent. Loved the roof top! The room we had did have these little bugs around the sink and one of the beds (that we were luckily not using) but they were harmless - did not bite and would not cause an infestation).

Although difficult to find, the locals were very helpful in giving directions! Once we found the hotel, it was very clean and convenient to go anywhere in Pana. The staff were very kind and helpful as well. I felt very safe staying here and would definitely recommend it.

Staff was kind and the location is convenient. The alleyway you need to walk down to get to the hotel never felt unsafe. Bring earplugs though, it was very loud at night. Although I imagine most hotels in Panajachel would be.

Nice little hotel a bit out of the way, but still central to most things in Panajachel. Convenient to a travel agency to arrange local tours, etc., many restaurants nearby, little stores to buy snacks, etc. It's not fancy but they recently renovated it.

Quiet , convenient location. comfortable rooms

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is access to a full kitchen too. The room even has an extra blanket for cold nights.. It's close to the main road Calle Santander, just a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops.

Very nice hotel and easy to get to and from lake area. A bit hard to find at first getting off shuttle, but well enough known to get directions quickly. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Bathrooms not designed for large people! Quite narrow.

This hotel is in a quiet area in the midst of Pana. It's a little challenging to find, but well worth the effort. Close to everything, views from the rooftop, and really clean. The shower has a lot of pressure, and the water is hot!
