Very clean room. Comfortable bed and amazing staff. Safe area, where even at night going for a walk was pleasant. Everything from places for food to public transportation was easily accessible. They have in-house restaurant serves excellent food.
Hotel staff are not co-operative. They do not have good info about local sourounding places. They do not have the basic courtesy of wishing /smiling at their customers. I shall avoid this hotel on my next trip to Goa.
The hotel is not clean at all. Very disappointed with the overall service. Please do not ever book this hotel you will get lots of property in and around with good faculty , cleanliness, hygienic specially during this covid situation. I would really not recommend anyone every to stay in this hotel ...it’s more of an SBI holiday home rather than a beautiful Goa hotel.
Hospitality and location .... Front desk people wee so friendly and helping it made my day

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Hotel in Goa
The bathroom in our room shared a translucent window with the housekeeping office. I found this quite uncomfortable and used the bathroom with the light out when there were people in the next room.
Overall, the experience was horrible.
1) The rooms were dusty. They had not been aired out - you could smell stale air inside. There were fungus (black) marks on the ceiling.
2) The door of the room didn't close properly.
3) When i ordered room service, they delivered promptly but did not return the change. The concerned staff decided to tip himself. I have returned with servere lung infection and fever after staying in this hotel for 2 nights.
4) There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. They are supposed to open at 0730 for breakfast but they don't.
5) The night i stayed there were a few dogs which had come for a dog show. They were also staying in the hotel. Such information about permitting pets in hotel should be stated in the website, as some people like me have allergies.
6) They have a taxi vendor sitting in the hotel. Their pricing is almost day-light robbery. For eg, i was quoted 600 Rs for a 15-20 min journey to a venue.

Great Location & Friendly Staff
Currently traveling around Inda, wanted to visit the City. Hotel is in a great location, a little tired but served us perfectly! Plug socket was coming away from the wall & so was the sink but bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Its a very nice hotel, Its clean and neat, its easily accessible to all the points, it is very near to Casinos, Bus Stand. The receptionists are very helpful in guiding the places where exactly we want to go and they also guide you the mode of transportation. Restaurant is under construction for sitting but they serve the good food to rooms. Only flaw is there is no lift other wise it is a good hotel for Middle Class Peoples.
The manager would not give me the room I paid for - tried to tell me that I'd only paid for a standard room, but the description was for deluxe. Said I could pay more to upgrade. When I protested, changed his stories to "no deluxe rooms available." The place was absolutely filthy and a cockroach crawled across the floor minutes after entering the room. The air conditioning unit was not sealed properly, nor was there any kind of seal around the bathroom fan, allowing insects and other nastiness to enter from the outside. The internet does not extend to the room and, if you *can* pick up the signal, chances are it's not working properly. Had to go to another hotel and pay to use their wifi in the lobby. Horrible, horrible hotel. Avoid at all costs.
