Beautiful one bedroom, one bath with fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, W/D, grill, outdoor shower. Large lighting backyard attached to the property with dining area, grill, and hammock.
Our cottages are 100 yards from the beach, near the best Panama City Beach attractions.
Easy parking and everything you need to have a great vacation! We are 3.7 miles west of Pier Park with all that Panama City Beach offers. There are over 100 golf courses in and around Panama City Beach. Check out Thomas Donut Shop/ Ice cream, two blocks west, and Carasel Supermarket. They have a liquor store and one of the best wine shops in Panama City. Also, check out their gift shop for all your beach needs. Many restaurants surround the Laguna area.

We loved our little cottage on Benecia! Super dog friendly, right off the beach, cozy and quiet! Had everything we needed and more. Great hosts and great location.

Great stay!

We only stayed for 2 nights, but the house has everything you need, the patio and outdoors is lovely, laundry is great, a lot of stuff for the beach, everything you would need!

Great place just a block from the beach. This was our 2nd year staying here and my wife, myself and our 2 dogs had another great stay. Very nice neighborhood. Thomas Donuts is just a couple blocks away. Very well stocked with everything you need. We will be back next year.

Dog-friendly, adorable cottages

We and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed our petite cottage and enclosed back yard. The location was convenient and cute with the beach truly just a few steps away, Thomas donuts around the corner, and Pier Park a quick drive away. We can't wait to come back!

Great place!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, close to the beach and a neat little place. The outside fenced area was great for just relaxing first thing in morning and drinking our coffee. Will definitely be back!!!

Everything you need is pretty much furnished. Great location, had visitors, great outdoor space for entertaining, short walk to the beach, bring your fur babies they will love it also.

This is our second stay at this location, just a different apartment. You can see the beach from the driveway!!!!. It is Close to Thomas Donuts. Overall we enjoy this stay.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay

We can honestly say we loved our 21 day stay with zero complaints as everything was as advertised! Property Manager Beth was very welcoming and responsive to the few times we had a question and handled things professionally. We were able to see Beth a few times during our stay and she was very pleasant and informative about the property and surrounding area. We also met Kseniya the owner as well one weekend when she was there. Again, Kseniya was very nice and welcomed us asking if she could do anything to make our stay better. Just a warm feeling all around. So many nice amenities that made our stay easy peasy. Plenty of beach chairs and wagons so next time we will leave ours behind and save the trunk space. 5 star time was had by both Sharron and myself. Plus our Libby (small dachshound) enjoyed the fenced in backyard.

Peaceful location close to the beach

Stay here was very enjoyable. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and away from all the traffic and congestion. My small dogs loved the backyard where they could play.

Everything was accessible and it was clean. Management was right on the property and when we got there we were allowed to do an early check in. The property has everything you may need for your stay. And best thing is the proximity to the beach. Short walk. Enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect Beach Get Away with Pups

Amazing little beach cottage that was perfect for a weekened with my pups. There was a huge fenced in yard for them to run around and plenty of area to walk them around the property. I will definitely come back to this place!
