Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Hot and no hot water

Ac barely worked and the hot water wasn’t turned on for our arrival. Spent the whole trip sweating and no way for a hot shower. Good idea just needs some work to make it a VRBO.
