About this property

250 Steps to the Beach! 2 King Master Suites! Sleeps 10 and Close to 30A Dining!

  • Just steps away from the most beautiful beaches in the world and mesmerizing sunsets with no waiting on elevators and no over-crowded beaches. Fabulous beach home just across the street from the beautiful emerald water and sugar sands of the West End of Panama City Beach Unincorporated which means the crowds are not here. We are only 250 steps to the uncrowded gem of Riviera Beach where there are no high-rises. Just down the road, you'll get to enjoy the restaurants of 30A without having to worry about the beach ownership restrictions that 30A has placed on all the visiting families.

    Main floor: large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining combo that seats 10. Just off the kitchen, a King Master Bedroom with a full private bath with a walk-in shower that makes it convenient for the elderly. As an added extra bonus, the common area includes a half bath and full laundry. All bedrooms in this home have a television with a large tv in the main sitting area.

    Upstairs: Master Suite with King bed and private bath with a private indoor and outdoor sitting areas. There are two additional queen bedrooms (one with two queen beds) and (one with one queen bed). Both bedrooms share the 2nd full bathroom upstairs.

    Outdoors: Covered porch on ground and covered balcony of master upstairs. Back yard is fenced with a storage shed that includes 10 chairs for the beach, an umbrella, beach wagon, a propane grill, five bicycles, a picnic table and some water toys.

    This is a great place for a family to vacation and our referrals prove it!

Great location in PCB for those looking to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Beach is clean and not too crowded. House is close to restaurants but not in the middle of the party scene. House is beautiful- very clean and fully stocked making it easy to arrive and settle right in.

This home is lovely. The decor is beautiful. House is very clean with comfortable chairs and large comfy beds. The walk to the beach is quick and easy even with kids. The shed in back is filled with chairs, toys, and 4 bikes. We loved having the extra beach wagon to use along with ours. Really great stay with a great host to communicate with. The area was quiet and beach not crowded even on the holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

New Year Family Vacation

We had a lovely, multi-generational stay that was perfect for the whole family. It was an easy walk to the beach and perfect for both my 85-year-old grandmother and 3-year-old kids. If you enjoy the Sunnyside area of PCB and are looking for plenty of space and relaxation for less than ten people, I highly recommend this property.

We loved this house. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating. The set up is very comfortable. The decor is great and not cluttered like some houses we’ve stayed at in the past. The kitchen is well stocked with useful items. Lots of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas to use on the beach, so we didn’t have to bring our own. There is a grill, picnic table and shed in the backyard. We will stay here again if it available. Thanks again for being so responsive.

Great house with easy walk to the beach

250 steps to the beach is no lie. What a great location and close to Rosemary Beach for dining and a Publix for groceries without any traffic jams. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Note: the master bedroom upstairs is bigger than what appears in the photos. This is the first time I have used VRBO and Donna promptly answered all my questions. i would stay here again. Dining suggestions are Shades Bar and Grill (not your typical bar food), Amici's Pizza and the Canopy Road cafe for breakfast.

Panama City vacation

This house accommodated us perfectly! Me and my fiancé came here with our friends and the house was a great space for all us to enjoy and also have our own private space. The house is beautiful and close to the beach. The shed has so many chairs and other goodies that we were able to use/take to the beach. Donna was quick with answering any questions. Definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a nice PCB trip!!!

Everything went smooth. Easy to contact the owner and was quick to reply. We left some pictures and she was quick to send a message about the pictures. The shed has plenty of beach equipment, and bicycles. Short walk to the beach and the house is in a residential area so that made it nice in my opinion.

This place was great. Very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for in a house. Donna and Rick were great communicating an issue with the dryer before we arrived and always responded in a timely fashion with any questions we had.
