Whether you are looking for a weekend get-away or long vacation, white sand is just below your balcony.
This condo is located within a beachfront resort which includes
2 swimming pools, 1 heated seasonally, hot tub, tiki bar on site, work out room, game room, balcony overlooking pools, tennis courts. A quiet resort with 24 hour security, so sit back and relax.
The living room is furnished with comfy sofa and chairs and flat panel TV. Each bedroom also has it's own
flat panel TV. The sofa becomes a queen size bed when it's time to turn in.
Master has king bed and includes private access to the balcony overlooking the beach and the pools, 2nd bedroom has a king bed and 2 twin bunk beds.
The dining room seats 8 easily and the kitchen is fully furnished with full size appliances, ready for your use if you want to eat in.
it's just a snack or a full meal.
1144 square feet allows room to stretch out and enjoy. Both bathrooms are being newly remodeled between guests. There is a stackable washer and dryer
next to bathrooms for your use. Not only luxury towels provided but luxury sheets as well.
Each bathroom has a hair dryer mounted to wall. One less thing to pack for vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers. The condo was just as described and had everything we needed. The activities at the condo was great fun for our 3 teens who loved meeting new friends at daily volleyball matches. The tiki bar was great for snacks or dinner when we didn’t feel like cooking.

Tim’s place was great and beds were amazing! Had everything you needed for a weekend stay. Property was good, one elevator was out of order so it was a little wait…but the kiddie pool and Bikini Bob’s made up for the inconvenience! Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay the condo is beautiful, beds were super comfy. Very nice everything we needed. The balcony was amazing, they had a screen up which made me feel so much safer with my 3 year old. The owners were easy to get it touch with we had no issues. Would love to rent this condo again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your unit.

Everything was amazing room was clean beds was comfortable and it was stocked well with towels and dishes. The owner was very nice and let us know that the toilet was raking and that if we didn’t care to use the other bathroom because they had to order the part. But even with that the condo was still nice and close to the beach and the pools was clean. Definitely will book again! 5 star in my opinion

We loved the location of the condo, everything we needed was at arms reach! This is the second year at Regency Towers, last year we stayed on the 7th floor which was ok, but the 3rd floor was great!!!! The owner was very easy and it was clean and roomy! Can’t wait to come back!! Tammy , Donna , Ashley, Shannon and our teenagers!!

The room was great but they need to fix the elevators. One was down the first day and another one was down our second day. When we were leaving, the elevators were so slow and had so many people that after waiting for it to go up and down 5 times, we took the stairs. We actually had to use the stairs the whole time we were there.

We stayed at 308 Regency Towers for Spring break 2019 with our girls. The condo is VERY clean, had everything we needed.and is perfectly located . Tim, the owner answered my questions quickly and was so easy to work with! We prefer the East end of the be ah to get away from the traffic . The Regency is an older property, however it is very well maintained, has 2 large pools, chairs to rent on the beach and reapot just perfect! At full capacity, the elevators can get a little backed up so being in the 3rd floor was perfect! When this happened, we took the stairs! The beds were very comfy which is also a plus! The only thing we needed was the SUN! The Weather App showed subshine on Sunday, and of course we were leaving. I messaged Tim to request a late check out and he graciously accommodated us to stay as late as we wanted as his next guests wouldn’t arrive until Monday afternoon! Thank you Tim and when we come back to PCB, we will request 308 again! .

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. It is in a great location in Panama City Beach. The two pools make it not feel too crowded during peak vacation times. We will 100% stay here again

So many features about this property make this a “would definitely stay again” in our book. Super comfy beds, well insulated (couldn’t hear the poolside karaoke when inside the condo), quick beach/pool access, amazing view (the photos don’t do it justice), and a fully-stocked kitchen. Family friendly property, lovely room. Only two minor drawbacks- needs new pillows in master and the west end (closest) elevator was out of order, so we had to carry everything up/down stairs (other elevators had long waits. Luckily, it’s only the third floor, so it was manageable. All around a great stay for our family of 4.

Every year we book a friend trip to the beach. The host was very helpful & communicative prior to our stay-we didn’t need anything during our stay as everything was provided. The beds were very comfortable & kitchen was well provisioned. We had a wonderful visit & enjoyed our stay here very much!

This condo is in the perfect location to everything. Loved being on the third floor and it is a very short walk to the beach. As soon as we walked in the condo, the curtains were open, we instantly fell in love with the view! We had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach and were eager to pick out our perfect spot. The patio also overlooks one of the two pools the property has to offer. The condo was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There is memory foam you can put on the pullout in the living room and it made it comfortable for the ones who slept there. There was a crockpot for you to use and I made good use of it 3 of the days we were there as we did mot want to go anywhere but the beach or pool If we come back to PCB we will rent this condo again! There were six of us this trip but can easily fit 8. Tim is very easy to work with and a wonderful host. Thanks for everything! The Spaunhorst’s
