A front porch with Adirondack chairs welcomes guests to this incredible 3-story home. Inside, guests will find 2 guest bedrooms and a large game room that includes arcade-style pinball machines, a shuffleboard table, wet bar with an ice maker and mini-fridge, and an inviting sitting area with 2 TVs, a Sonos sound system, and plush seating. A sliding glass door opens to a spacious backyard with a tiled deck surrounding the pool and sitting spa, a 65” TV, outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and a gas firepit surrounded by chairs—the perfect year-round entertainment space.

Guests may take the elevator or stairs to Coastal Comfort’s spacious kitchen, dining, and living area on the second floor. Wood floors and light blue, gray, and white hues create a relaxing space for guests to spend time together. A fabulous kitchen with premium appliances features a sizable refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, an ice maker, 2 sinks, and a Wolf 8-burner double oven with a gas range. An eat-in island comfortably seats 8, and an adjacent dining table seats 12. Two sofas and rattan chairs surround a 55” TV with a Sonos sound system. A guest bedroom with French doors opens to a private balcony with views of the neighborhood and a bunk room with 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds is located off the living area.

The gorgeous third floor has 4 bedrooms and an additional living room. Two guest bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms, while a primary bedroom features a bathroom with a soaking tub and a private balcony. An additional guest bedroom with 2 full beds also enjoys Gulf views. Younger guests on the third floor will appreciate a queen-over-queen bunk bed tucked into a hallway that leads to a lovely living area with a queen sleeper sofa and stunning views from a balcony.
