This Seacrest Beach Rental Home and carriage house provides the ultimate 30A FL vacation experience. The home is situated just a short bike ride from the communities of Alys and Rosemary Beach as well as the HUB.  One of the features you will also adore is a glimpse view of the Gulf from the home. 

The main house features:
- 3 bedrooms, all with king beds and TVs
- 3 baths plus 2 half baths,
- A large bunk room with two twin over twin bunks
- Kids loft or second living area with couches and TV

The master, located on the first level, makes it ideal for those who prefer not to navigate stairs. The master en suite has a large TV, double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The Chef’s Kitchen features: 
Quartz counter tops, Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf Range, Ice makers and a farm sink with an 8’ Island for entertaining. The shiplap paneling through the main house makes this a must see.

Your family will enjoy entertaining in the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The extensive porches overlooking the pool area are excellent for outside dining and relaxing. Curl up with a good book on the swing bed.

As an added bonus, the carriage house provides additional room to spread out, featuring:
A master bedroom with a walk-in closet, king bed, large TV and en suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.
Full-sized kitchen and living area
A covered porch overlooking the pool and spa.
Bunk room with a twin over twin bunk and pocket door for privacy.

The home’s outdoor areas are sure to enhance your vacation. A 34 X 16 private heated pool with spa. An outside grilling area and plenty of patio space provides the perfect retreat at the home after a long day at the beach. This vacation home in Seacrest Beach, professionally decorated by the infamous 2 Hags Swag,  was built by Romair Construction. These companies are known for their quality craftsmanship and beachy chic décor.

1)Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes, but can be purchased during check out or obtained independently. 
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. 
3) 5 complimentary bikes are provided with this home. To utilize, waiver must be signed and received before code provided.

Great for families

Large house with carriage house, 4 king bed ensuites and 2 bunk rooms. The pool was amazing as was the screen porch. The beds were very comfortable and we had lots of soft, thick towels. The kitchen had high end appliances. The outdoor showers and outdoor bathroom were really great. The covered outdoor kitchen was put to good use. The house was less than a block to the beach. The pool at night is beautiful and the deck in the carriage house offers great views.

Great layout

Visited with family friends and the house was perfect! The color palate is serene and the floor plan layout was perfect for families vacationing together. Enjoy!

The Perfect Escape

The house and property were pristine! It was the perfect experience for my family!!! The pool and hot tub were perfect on the colder days and the walk to the beach took 2 minutes. Everything you could ask for and more!!!

Good not Great

Our experience was a bit bumpy at Tidey Whitey. We had several issues which I will quickly outline here and we were not completely satisfied with the management's response. -arrived to a broken dryer - staff told us to not use it, and rudely suggested they had enough towels provided for the entire week (2 towels per person is hardly enough at the beach!). They managed to fix it several days in, still made a lot of noise but was better. -not enough silverware - like 8 sets - house advertises as sleeping 14 and should be able to set a table for 14. -no wine glasses at all - staff ended up providing some toward end of stay. -no comforters on beds, only a sheet and a quilt -quilts on bed looked dirty as if they're not washed between guests -the house smelled faintly of cigarettes - especially the guest house over the garage, and the master bedroom. Also important to note that this house provides no beach towels and very rusty beach chairs. Walton County does not allow beach chair set ups at public beach access like this one, so be prepared to haul your own chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The house is well located and was comfortable for my parents, and 3 adult children plus partners and grandchildren. However, I wouldn't book this house again because of the overall experience we had.

At Last We Are Together

After being apart for two years because of COVID, we were able to enjoy family time! We celebrated birthdays, and a very special 50th wedding anniversary. We loved the hot tub and spent many hours hanging out there. The grill made it easy to feed my large family. We had stayed at Sands twice. The neighborhood is very clean, and safe!

Greatest place EVER for a large family

We thouroughly enjoyed our time at the Tidey Whitey! My wife and I, our 4 adult children and their spouses, and 5 grandchildren. A stunning beach was just a few hundred yard walk but we spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. As owners of a couple of vacation rentals ourselves, we really appreciated all of the details and attentiveness! The carriage cottage was perfect for allowing Nana and Pops some quiet time. HIGHLY RECOMMEMD!!
