Great pool and location

We loved the pool and location. Being across from the Big Choll was great having a toddler and multiple food options. The main tv remote did not work and we were not initally provided the instructions for the gold cart key ( although was fixed with a quick phone call). There was an issue with these small bugs that were constantly arounx no matter how clean we kept it.

Great place for family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prominence was an incredible experience for our family. Our first time to stay there. The unit was very clean and the golf cart was a huge plus! We used that almost exclusively to get around the area. The only drawback of the location is getting to the beach. Very very limited access to public beach and only a handful of parking spots for thousands of people that don't stay in a beachfront unit. But the unit itself was so nice. We would definitely stay there again.

5 Day stay

Great location, quick access to the beach & pool. Very cute community as well. Overall great stay. There were a few things I wish were better: description of small appliances within the unit, only working coffee pot was kerig, reg coffee pot didn’t work. Minimal clean towels, paper towels & toilet paper supplied for a family of 5. No Kleenex suppled or basic cleaning supplies to wipe up messes. Even a decent broom would have been helpful. Only one stove burner worked, clothes dryer still had issues (which based off the reviews has been any issue since early spring.) If you do not intend to cook or spend much time in The unit, you’ll have no complaints:) But as a mom of 3, it’s the small things that matter! Or at least having an accurate description to plan ahead, is very helpful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year coming down to 30A and staying st Prominence. We stayed in the same condo both times. The area is fantastic, clean and well located. The only downside of the property if you are not on the beach side but with the golf cart, it’s a short drive. We figured it’s worth it because our kids love the pool so much which is a big plus. The only issues we had this year were our condos dryer did not worth for the second year in a row. That’s a huge drawback as we pack for being able to do laundry. We had a service call both years and still nothing was fixed. Also the golf cart has a broken seatbelt and the turn signals so not work which isn’t safe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice. The floors were clean but the ceiling fans were covered in dust. Beds are super comfortable. The golf cart has some major issues. The times that we did decide to use it we got stuck... We could not put it in reverse or put it in drive... We just had to sit and wait for it to decide to start working. That was highly annoying because we picked this unit due to the fact it had a golf cart... We could only use once out of the five days because we got so frustrated and with a little baby didn’t want to be stuck out in the heat. Gnats were flying around the unit and ants on the table but someone did bring us ant traps.

We always stay in this community and absolutely love it. The condo was really clean and super cute. I was a little disappointed that it was pretty basic as far as having anything extra. There were no baggies, scissors, throw blankets, anything like that. The kitchen was fully stocked as far as tools you would need or pots/pans. The other ones we have stayed in had a few coffee pods to get you started before going to the store, some beach towels, a junk drawer with basic necessities, baggies etc. There was plenty of beach items in the garage which was nice. We loved the addition of the golf cart and 2 bikes.

Only “complaint” would be that I’ve never stayed at a property where there were zero pantry items upon arrival. Think aluminum foil, salt/pepper, etc. Definitely wasn’t ideal since we had to purchase it for a weeks use, but not the end of the world!

Wonderful stay

The rental is very nice and was clean and we felt right at home. The community is so great for families with the option to walk across to the HUB and the bikes at the property are such a nice touch! The pool was crowded but great for kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful 30A Vacation

Great property along 30A with short drives to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Conveniently located across the street to the Hub. Close beach access and golf cart was a must! Fantastic place for our family of 5 to celebrate the 4th of July!
