We absolutely loved this place ! The decor, the beds were so comfortable, everything you could need to cook etc. The golf cart and bikes were the BEST! We hope to make this a family tradition.

Great Spot for Kids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay for our family. The location was great and having the golf cart made it easy to get around. Only “complaint” would be that I’ve never stayed at a property where there were zero pantry items upon arrival. Think aluminum foil, salt/pepper, etc. Definitely wasn’t ideal since we had to purchase it for a weeks use, but not the end of the world!

Spring Break

Wonderful stay

The rental is very nice and was clean and we felt right at home. The community is so great for families with the option to walk across to the HUB and the bikes at the property are such a nice touch! The pool was crowded but great for kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved this place. Perfect location with easy access to The Hub. Amenities were exactly what we needed. Pool was pristine. Beaches are gorgeous. Would highly recommend to stay here. We will be back!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our time here. Brought three teenage girls and our 2 year old son. Everyone had a blast and the golf cart was fun to cruise up and down 30A

Great time with our family. Kids are 6 & 4 and really liked the property, mostly the golf cart Neighborhood seems to be mostly vacation rentals. Location is right in the middle of 30A, actual beach town is Watersound. Pool is not heated. They have a shuttle to the beach during peak season.

Great pool and location

We loved the pool and location. Being across from the Big Choll was great having a toddler and multiple food options. The main tv remote did not work and we were not initally provided the instructions for the gold cart key ( although was fixed with a quick phone call). There was an issue with these small bugs that were constantly arounx no matter how clean we kept it.

Loved that this property had beach chairs and boogie boards available, as our friends in the same complex’s rental did not. Love the area and would stay here again! Great place for family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prominence was an incredible experience for our family. Our first time to stay there. The unit was very clean and the golf cart was a huge plus! We used that almost exclusively to get around the area. The only drawback of the location is getting to the beach. Very very limited access to public beach and only a handful of parking spots for thousands of people that don't stay in a beachfront unit. But the unit itself was so nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Vacation Home

The golf cart was a huge plus for day trips to the beach and seeing all the spots along 30A. The neighborhood is extremely safe and we loved being right across the street from The Big Chill. This was our first trip to this part of Florida and we will definitely be back!

Great stay

The rental was great- it was very clean and everything was just as listed. The pool area was great and such close access to the Big Chill was a game changer. The only negative was the dryer was not working properly. After 4 cycles of the same load, our clothes were still wet. But overall, it was a great experience

Nice community.

Very nice condo. It had everything we needed and extras. Loved that the bikes and chairs were included. Loved that you could walk to the pool! I do wish the beach were closer but a short golf cart ride and you were there. My only complaint was that the dryer did not work properly although I was told it’s brand new. I called and they did send someone out that day but it still was not drying properly. Overall we had a great time!
