If you’re looking for a beach house in the heart of Panama City Beach, Summertowne 10 is the perfect choice. This three-story home offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 8. From the top-floor living area, step onto the balcony and enjoy Gulf and pier views, ideal for morning coffee, evening breezes, or watching fireworks. The beach is just 65 steps from your door, with the community pool only a short walk away.

The top floor serves as the hub of the home, designed with a relaxed coastal style, bright windows, and warm wood accents. The living room features plush seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a smart TV, creating a comfortable space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and everything needed to prepare meals. An island with two stools and a dining table for six make gathering easy and inviting. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this level.

Two bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms for added privacy and comfort. The third full bathroom, which includes a washer and dryer, is located on the same floor as the other two bedrooms, making longer stays more convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at Summertowne 10! Benchmark was a fantastic host, and communication was seamless from start to finish, which made the entire experience stress-free. The home itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything our family needed to feel comfortable and at home.The location truly couldn’t be better. We loved being able to walk to the beach, the pier, and all the shopping, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park. The community pool was just a short walk away, and the included attraction tickets were a wonderful bonus that made our trip even more memorable.This home was perfect for our family, and we couldn’t have been more impressed.
