Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a large gated community with a private club house located on the beautiful white beach. It has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 5 heated seasonally, shuffle board, 18 hole mini golf (free), just off the patio is a beautiful lagoon winding through the complex.

Vacations by Fayla takes pride in providing family friendly, well maintained & enjoyable units.

NO PETS, NON SMOKING UNIT. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 23 years old to rent the unit.

King master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath. Front bedroom has a queen bed also with pillow top mattress, downstairs is a queen sofa sleeper. Unit is extended on both top and bottom floors with a beautiful sitting room over looking the lagoon. Gas grill and concrete table on the back patio. New paint, new linens, new stainless steel appliances, new tile & carpet. Teak furniture, 3 flat screen TV's, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Perfect Family Vacation

The photos don’t do this location justice - the walk to the beach is truly as described and ideal, all attractions are within a 10 min drive, quiet area, perfect for our family of 5. Will be staying here again!

Will Stay Again!

We booked this condo with Fayla back in October and stayed for two nights. Our entire experience with Fayla was nothing short of professional and great. I have stayed in Gulf Highlands many times in other condos, but none as nice as this. The home had been remodeled and added on to making it larger than others. The furnishings were all top of the line. I highly recommend this property to anyone going to PC Beach and will be staying here again next year.

Great location and excellent condo

I recently rented this unit for over 2 months and it was great! I loved the quiet location in Gulf Highlands and the unit was very comfortable and decorated really well. There are new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a new washer & dryer in the laundry room too. I especially enjoyed all the flat screen TV's throughout the house and the large master suite. This unit overlooks a pond and there is a nice patio with a gas grill if you want to barbecue. Once again...I had a very nice stay here and I would recommend this condominium highly!

Right near the BEACH!!!

We loved staying here. Fayla worked with us at the last minute too! It has everything that you would need. It really is just right near the beach. She had beach toys for the kids, towels to use, kitchen needs were met, and we even got to see turtles in the pond behind the condo. The king size bed let alone was worth the money we paid for the week. It was in a quiet location and we loved the restaurant in the front of the complex- was our favorite to eat at while visiting PCB (Bayou on the beach - I think it is called). I would have anyone stay here. Very comfortable. Fayla is very easy to work with too. We loved it.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Fayla's townhouse was AWESOME! Great location, Contemporary decorations, (Not the usual pastel colors, white wicker furniture and ocean themed decor) CLEAN, and very quiet. There are lots of pools, tennis courts, shuffle boards, and mini-golf to choose from. The Central location of the Highlands is also very convenient to lots of different attractions and restaurants. Fayla is very easy to work with and always available for any questions. This townhouse is def. our new PCB, FL. detestation. Thanks for everything Fayla :) YOU ROCK!!

FAYLA - YOU ARE AWESOME!

I am late posting this review but, better late than never. When renting this townhouse, I had no idea that I was about to accomplish virtually the impossible. We walked into the unit and my college-aged daughter said, "Wow, Mom. This is awesome!." I knew at that moment I had made the right choice. All kidding aside, this is the most beautiful Panama City Beach Unit unit we have stayed in by far. Everything is top notch, clean, and the beds are so comfortable it is hard to get up and start the day. Anyone looking for a townhouse that is beautiful, well-appointed and won't break the bank - THIS IS IT! Thanks, Fayla. I am already planning my next trip and I will be booking with you.

Great spot to stay for baseball tournaments!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great with easy access to the beach. It is only 4. 5 miles to Frank Brown Sports Complex. Fayla was great a was quick to resolve any small issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Location was good. We were really disappointed that the beach front building was closed. The property was not as clean as it should have been, could use a deep cleaning. Communication was great, never made us feel like we weren't going to have the condo available.

Perfect for our vacation. We loved it.

The location can't be beat, and the condo is delightful and very well outfitted. The only reason I gave a four for accuracy is because the clubhouse was closed and because we were unable to get any of the televisions to show channels. No big deal - we had very little time or desire to watch Tv. Fayla was an amazing "host", I will be check mg put her other vrbo locations.

Perfect Place!

Loved this condo! Access to the beach was SO easy. The pool was a huge hit my son, barely a walk to the closest one! The mini golf course wasn’t the most exciting but it gave my son something extra to do. I loved the lagoon out back. The back sitting room looked right over it! Was so pretty- there’s a crane that hangs out too! I put a 4 on cleanliness because there were a couple small issues, but I spoke with the owner and she was going to handle it (new cleaning crew). Fayla was very quick to respond to any message I sent her. Only thing that was a small issue was that there aren’t a lot of outlets. We aren’t overly “techy” but have several necessities that needed power cords (cpap machine, phones, watches, etc). There are a couple extension cords, and we managed to things to make it work, but I would suggest bringing multi outlet plugs or extension cords if you use a lot of devices. Other than that, this condo is a fantastic stay!

A gem in PCB

PRO-Host is very responsive. This property is in an excellent location to all things PCB with great amenities and view to canal behind property. Con- property has a bit of a slope.

Great location without being on the beach.

We have stayed in this condo several times. It is updated and spacious. If you like the convenience of pulling right up to your door to drop everything off, it’s great. It’s one of the closest condos to the beach with a very short walk.

Love the convenience and access of this property. I would stay again. My only con to this stay is some of the appliances and TV's had issues. That aside great place and enjoyed our stay.
