Updated with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, this two-story Florida home offers the peace and tranquility of a perfect coastal getaway. It's prime location just off Scenic Highway 30A is just minutes from the sugar-white Seacrest beaches, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options in 30A. Hardwood floors, marble countertops, outdoor seating, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this multi-level home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the outdoor dining area offers seating for 8-10 guest with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The upstairs loft provides entertainment and leads to the balcony, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the seabreeze. The first master bedroom is located on the first floor; with a king-sized bed and a private master bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second floor holds three guest bedrooms; a bedroom with a king-sized bed and the other a queen, as well as a shared bathroom with separate vanities and a walk-in shower. Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

We had a great time and stay. Location was great- easy to walk to the pool and beach. Tram was also convenient but when it’s crowded, we were able to walk/bike. Layout of the house was perfect for our 2 families.
This house was perfect - plenty of space, clean, everything you need for beach set up , bikes, fully stocked kitchen . The location was extremely convenient to bike or walk to the pool, shops and restaurants, beach, small local grocery , and rosemary beach area adjacent to the community . I can’t wait to go back here again
Really nice location! Easy walk to Suncrest Beach square for dining and some shops as well as less then 10 minute walk to the ocean.
Lots of families. The area was very busy with teenagers at this time due to school break but wait times were reasonable and weather was beautiful.
This property was very clean and accommodating for 10 of us. Plenary of hot water with towels for showering and adequate ac to keep us cool. Centrally located to beach and eats. We biked to our destinations. We appreciated the owners providing two bikes for our 7 and 9 aged boys with several adult bikes. Many thanks!!

Overall we had a great time staying here. The location was wonderful and we really appreciated that they included a pack and play, beach toys, and bikes. We however we extremely disappointed when we went to use the pull behind for the kids and all the straps were ripped off. This was one of our main reasons for booking this house and we ended up having to rent on any way. Please remove item from listing or update item so people can use it. Overall place was clean and super cute. Had lots of space for our family and we loved the balances.
Property was clean and the beds were comfortable. I’ve probably rented 4 or 5 homes in the Seacrest community over the past few years and this was one of my favorites. I was annoyed to find out that during the check in procedure you now have to go to the pool area to pick up wrist bands and parking passes. I mean who wants to wait in line after arriving? I guess I was just spoiled by the way they used to do it.
The house was perfect for our stay! We had 5 people and plenty of room to spread out. The proximity of the house to shopping/food/beach was great. The tram service to/from the beach made it so easy! Would highly recommended this property.

This was our first visit to 30A. We needed 4 bedrooms for 5 adults over 21..this house was perfect! And the location was close to everything as it was so close to the front of the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!
Fun trip. Beach was very crowded in public areas but you can rent chairs/umbrellas in the private areas and it allows you more space. Logistics ng to the beach can be challenging. Use the tram provided by the neighborhood. Great area and pool was awesome.
This is a great house! We just got back from vacation yesterday and did not want to leave! The house is very clean and has a great layout with the primary on main level and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The living room is a tad small, but was fine for us. We stayed outside during the days and were in and out in the evenings. We loved having the bikes to get around and the e-bikes were a huge hit! The location is perfect. You are walking distance or a really short bike ride to the shops and there was live music to enjoy every night. The tram stop is right outside the house and they come quickly after you call. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that although it looked really nice when we checked in! I hate I didn't get any pictures because it's a very cute house. We spent a few nights hanging out on the balcony too. Seacrest is a great community and the host was extremely responsive! We will definitely be back!
The house is very well located if you want to be near the action at Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. It’s easily walkable to the town centers of both, as well as to the Seacrest pool. The house sets up well for small or medium sized parties. Might be a little tight for larger parties, as the floor plan doesn’t have a dining room or indoor eating area (except the bar top). For our group, that was totally fine and the house was perfect - well kept, clean, bright, and comfortable.
The location of this property within seacrest is ideal. Close to the front and right near a tram stop. The home was a little “used” looking and it did not appear like the cleaner covered every aspect. But I communicated that with the property management and they did reply that they would pass that info on.
Very pleasant and nice area.
I would like to make a recommendation for the area and all areas like this. We flew to this destination and stopped at a store for our week's food needs. As with a typical trip, we had food left over (even unopened packages) and had to throw it away. Is there anyway for venues to have an area on the property that the left over unopened products could be donated to a local food bank? I hate to see so much food wasted. Thank you.

Disappointing stay
Pros-great location in Seacrest -beds and bedding were comfortable and plenty of bath towels providedCons-only one electric bike! listing boasts 2 electric bikes but there was only one for the duration of our five night stay. This was a key factor in choosing this house. I reached out to the rental company multiple times to address the issue, but it was never addressed.-the house smells bad. Smell was present upon check-in and never went away. I washed all of my clothes before coming home and had to rewash everything when I got home because everything smelled bad like the house.-the kitchen had only the bare minimum supplies- no Tupperware, only two plastic cups, not even salt and pepper. Compared to multiple other properties I have stayed at in the area, the kitchen was lacking. -overall condition of the house was a bit rough. Scratches and small holes in walls, furniture that appeared to be on its last leg… It needs some attention.-limited places to put clothing- upstairs King bedroom did not even have a dresser, and the dresser in the bunk room was unusable given that the drawers had no stoppers to prevent them from falling out (not safe with kids)-poor communication and lack or responsiveness from the rental company during our stay There are much better options in the area. I would not recommend this house.
We spent all of our time in Rosemary. Was hoping for a better beach experience. There were too many rules at Seacrest - no carts, no tents/umbrella. Certainly no one’s fault but the Red Tide/seaweed was way over the top
It certainly would have been better to have a dining table inside as sweating on the porch every meal got to be a bit much (being outside for drinks - no problem)
The listing needs to clearly state the rules of Seacrest. This was most misleading
It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood with easily walkable shops and restaurants. The trolley stop on the corner to the beach and pool was excellent. The house had everything we needed and clean and comfortable.
