And you're 8 minutes from Pier Park where you'll find incredible shopping dining and entertainment options. Looking to explore 30A? You're 11 minutes from Rosemary and Alys Beach and just a few minutes more from the rest of the surrounding 30A communities.

As soon as you walk in, you're instantly greeted by the open-concept layout of this fully updated home. Bright white and soft green ship lap set the mood for a relaxing beach vacation. Sip your coffee in the morning on the porch and in the evening you can grill up an amazing meal. Retreat to the cozy bedroom after a long day soaking up the Florida sun on the beautiful beach. There's an outdoor shower to rinse off at the end of your beach day, and a convenient washer and dryer to help dry the beach towels you packed.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
