A Salty Cru is a cute and coastal home that is perfect for your family! Enjoy an easy getaway to Panama City Beach in this 1-story home with 4 bedrooms. The main open concept area features an incredible layout for entertaining. Open shelving in the kitchen makes serving up dinner a breeze!

When you're not relaxing inside watching TV or warming up in front of the fireplace, the backyard is the place to be. Gather around the firepit in the evenings to settle down after a long day at the beach. Whip up some s'mores and have conversations with family and friends. There's also a gas grill if you're looking to enjoy some BBQ. And don't forget to take a dip in the refreshing pool for some cool relaxation. Head up the spiral steps to the observation deck and watch an incredible sunset or sunrise across the horizon.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

This place was above and beyond what we expected. Nine adults with plenty of space. Loved the outdoor areas as well. Walk to the beach was only a couple of minutes. We would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of 7 had a fabulous stay at this property. The house is beautifully decorated and the layout provides plenty of space for both group activities and privacy. The backyard amenities are lovely as well. It's clearly a new rental, with some minor glitches but nothing that detracted from our stay. Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was on the first day, when there was a problem with the pool and no propane for the grill or firepit. While the weekend answering service was clearly outsourced and vague in responding to my concerns, Benchmark had both issues resolved the following morning. All's well that ends well. I hope we will be able to return next summer!

Unfortunately, we wanted this to be a great rental…

Communication with property management team was very poor. We arrived on our first day to a pool that clearly hadn’t been checked on in some time. The filter had stopped working properly and the pool was GREEN! We reached out that day via a message that went unanswered. I called that evening due to no reply, but was told the person answering was just the after hours team and would relay my message and someone would contact me the next day. No one contacted me on Monday by mid day, so I called again. I was told that the pool company usually comes on Tuesday, but someone would contact me and they would call the pool company to try and get someone onsite sooner. No one called me by end of day, so I called back. I was told the same thing again. I called back Tuesday morning, frustrated with the lack of response and lack of any escalation of the situation. The property management company was satisfied with waiting until the routine pool cleaning on Tuesdays. I advised the contact Tuesday mid-morning that I needed someone to call me as I was severely frustrated that we had already lost 3 days of not utilizing the pool, which was the main factor in deciding to rent the property. The pool company and a property management rep came out to the house Tuesday afternoon. The pool company proceeded to shock the pool Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. As a result we were only able to use the pool one day safely after advisement from pool company. Only a small refunded was offered.
