The townhome features two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space for your comfort. The bedrooms boast comfortable mattresses and large closets, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration.
The fully fenced yard offers both privacy and convenience, allowing you to unwind and make the most of your vacation. Adorned with charming Edison lights, the yard sets the perfect ambiance for a cozy evening around the fire pit. All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.
There is an owners closets in the home that is off limits. We have a sign on this door and it is locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!
When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.
