You'll be ten minutes to 30A and Pier Park, but in a very quiet neighborhood with dedicated beach (no high rises) 1.5 blocks away. Perfect for a big family, 2 small families, 2 couples, or a friends trip!

One of the highlights of the beach house is its outdoor area, which features a bar and firepit table, perfect for enjoying cocktails and s'mores with friends and family. ** Above ground splash pool with deck! Our weber grill, and ice chest/table will help you create the perfect beach night after your beach day!

When you're ready to hit the beach, it's just a short walk away. You'll love the peaceful and secluded vibe of the beach, which is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and long walks on the sand.

We provide: propane, up to 6 beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, rolling cooler, dedicated parking for up to 3 cars, Wifi with Smart TV (connect with your Netflix, Hulu, etc) and limited Cable TV channels, coffee and filters (limited), sugar, stevia, cooking oil and limited spices.

Pets welcome with pre-approval and $100 pet fee (per dog, maximum of 2 pre-approved dogs). Fenced in back yard. Some breeds may be restricted due to insurance.

We have high quality linens and towels, as well as freshly laundered duvet covers - no used comforters on our beds (exception - twin trundle bed)!

Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please watch your dog in the yard - we can't guarantee that there will not be a place for them to slide under the fence. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 3 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 6 adults and 8 guests total, $10 per night extra guest fee for more than 6 guests (per guest). $75 or 3% of booking cancellation fee, whichever is greater (to cover credit card fees), and possible $25 late checkout fee for every half hour late checking out, if not pre-approved. . This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors!
