If you are looking for a luxury beachfront condo look no further. This beautifully remodeled two bedroom two bath condo is spectacular! No expense has been spared to ensure the complete satisfaction of every guest. Everything is fresh and new including the kitchen cabinets with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, lighting and artwork, furniture and linens, and the patio sets. The total living area in the condo has a wonderful view of the white sand beaches as does the master bedroom with the king size bed and flat screen smart TV. The second bedroom has two full beds with a window and flat screen smart TV. This combination allows the condo to sleep 8 comfortably. The balcony is centered on the two pool complex at Regency Towers and showcases amazing views of the surf and sunsets as far as the eye can see to the East and West.
The Tiki Bar that is located between the two pools provides wonderful snacks and specialty cocktails around the pool complex all day. It really just does not get better than this! Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and relaxing as the crystal clear emerald green water laps at your feet. The amenities at Regency Towers are abundant ! When and if you tire of the beautiful beach spend some time at either of the two large pools and also enjoy the indoor jetted hot tub. The billiard room is a favorite family activity and for the exercise enthusiast the state of art workout room is available. You will have the opportunity to enjoy amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, two large pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, billiard room (with pool table, darts, and card table). The pool area also sports the amazing Tiki Bar- BIKINI BOB'S with a full menu of cocktails, beer, wine, and food at great prices. To top off the experience, the Tiki Bar provides music throughout the day. Regency Towers provides a large grassy park area to play Frisbee, soccer, throw a ball, etc. There are grills and beach front bench swings, perfect for grilling out and enjoying the brilliant sun sets as well. There are nightly events scheduled during the summer such as movie night on the East lawn at dusk, Water slides at the pool on Wednesdays, Karaoke on the pool deck, and especially fun is the beach bon fire on Friday nights. (During summer season)
On the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving, and snorkeling to name a few.

The world's most beautiful beaches are the perfect backdrop for a vacation spent . When you are ready to come off the beach for a while, a variety of amusement parks and entertainment centers are ready to provide a day of family fun. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do! Regency Towers is located at the East End of the beach which is an added plus because traffic is never an issue but you are conveniently located to all the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer.

We had a great time in this property at our family vacation. As a comment, I believe that the TVs and towels deserve an upgrade. Would be nice to have a pouch of Shampoo at the moment of arrival. Other than that, everything was amazing!

The condo was beautiful! We had an amazing view of the gulf! Enjoyed the heated pool and hottub. We found so many beautiful shells! The beds were comfortable and having three tvs was great for bedtime! We cannot wait to visit again!

The property was exactly as described. The condo was nicely decorated and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable and the extra blankets in the closet were very much appreciated since the weather was cold. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This condo was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. It's fully updated, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. I loved having the smart tvs so we could pile up on the comfy couch and stream movies at night and one day that it rained all day. I will definitely rent again the next time I need to run away to my happy place!

We love Panama City for over 60 years.

PC! Our favorite place. We enjoyed our stay at this updated property. It was so nice having our own beach chairs provided. The Tiki bar was nice and food good too. The only negative was a elevator was broken.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo at Regency Towers in Panama City! The condo is updated and clean, and it has a wonderful view of the emerald coastline! The kitchen is beautiful and equipped with all of the dishes that you might need. We loved the heated pool and short walk down the steps to the beach! Communication with the owner was very timely too! We will definitely stay at this condo again in the future!

Beautifully updated condo with the best sunset views

We thoroughly our extended 6-week stay in this condo. Though Regency Towers is one of the older buildings in PCB, this unit was completely updated with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views and great for miles of beach walks. The manager of the property was always available a few times that we needed to contact her. We travel to PCB every winter and we would highly recommend this unit.

Winter break

We stayed at Regency Towers in Feb 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location for our needs, quiet but conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. The condo was nicely decorated and had just about everything we needed. I would suggest a few more kitchen necessities as we made 85% of all our meals on site. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it and will consider it as a future rental.

Great location and unit was nice, but building could use some cleaning / improvements.

This is a great location and has a restaurant/bar on-site however not reliable hours. It is a large complex and throughout the week at least one of the 3 elevators weren’t working resulting in long wait times Our unit did have some updates and was clean, however the kitchen could use updated cookware and the 2nd bath needs a new shower rod that will accommodate the non sliding curtain. Overall we had a good time

Top notch design condo

We loved this beautiful condo. Everything flowed together beautifully in this modernly updated unit. The furniture was comfy, the kitchen well stocked, nicely furnished- private balcony, clean throughout. The pool area was very nice and clean also and a quick step to the ocean from there. The only reason for a 4star rating was the master bedroom bed. It was not very comfortable. Everything else made up for it though and we had a great stay!

Beautiful Unit

809 is a lovely property. We’ve stayed at RT for several years for spring breaks with the kids and family friends, and this is by far the nicest and most updated unit we’ve stayed in. Beds are comfortable, furnishings are very nice. Kitchen is completely current including new appliances and has everything we needed and then some. RT is a challenging experience for those on the higher floors because of the crummy elevators but, as long as you pack your patience, you’ll be fine. Gorgeous balcony views with morning coffee - no better way to start the day. Would definitely book again. Super easy to work with the owners. Thanks for sharing your place!

Condo was clean and nice. Lamps didn’t work in one bedroom and balcony wasn’t as big as it appeared in picture. Also sliding door to balcony from bedroom wouldn’t open. Regancy Towers is nice but the elevator situation sucks! Had to wait 30 mins every time so needless to say I got my exercise with the steps a lot!

Unit 809 Hidden gem

We had the pleasure of staying in unit 809 for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. The owner has recently done a complete overhaul renovation and it now has the most beautiful kitchen with marble counter tops beautiful white shaker cabinets and all new s/s appliances. It is one of the most beautifully decorated units with upgraded hardware and lighting everywhere. The master bed was extremely comfortable and we got amazing much needed rest. One of our favorite parts of staying at the Regency Tower is not having to pack a cooler because everything you need is at the Tiki Nar for your enjoyment. Free ice water or tea and half off adult beverages is a nice perk. Plus they are always playing good music. We enjoyed the grouper sandwich and popcorn shrimp with a Miami vice in the huge frozen pineapple! Thank you Sherry for being available for any and all questions we had. We can’t wait to stay again here for sure. Already picked our dates for next year!
