SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• Master en-suite bedroom: King bed with memory foam mattress, private bathroom

• Second bedroom: Queen bed and full-size bed, both with Nectar hybrid mattresses

• Living area: Queen sleeper sofa (implied for full capacity) Two full bathrooms, including a large walk-in shower in both, ensure total privacy.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The well-appointed kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, custom woodwork, and premium stainless steel appliances—ideal for preparing group meals. RESORT AMENITIES AND PERKS

For several months fall 2026 Ocean Villa complex has exterior painting occurring. We’ve blocked our calendar to reflect the months this occurs. When complete Ocean Villa will be even more beautiful!

Extra parking pass: $40. Eight swim bands provided (a $320 value). Lost bands or parking pass: $40 each. Luggage carts and three elevators make unloading easy.

• One-night stays may use all amenities

• Early check-out: no refunds once checked in
