Great Property // Great Stay!

This property is one of the best we've stayed in. Team at Nautical Properties was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had prior to and after arrival. Will definitely look to use Nautical Properties in the future for our trips to Panama City Beach.

Dolphin view at surf Dr

Beautiful home ON the beach. I have limited mobility and this made my stay so much easier. We were concerned about noise since the outer wall is directly beside a public beach access but it wasn't noisy at all. We loved our stay.

We rented this condo the day before we arrived! Management went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed! Great location, fabulous beach access and views and all around amazing place!

Loved it!!!

First time staying in town home (normally stay in high rise) but we loved it! Very clean, great location, loved the patio area. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was low water pressure in two of the showers and horrible pillows.

Great spot and great host

The house is newly updated and very clean. We had four adults, but the bunk room would be great for 2-3 kids as well (or another couple). Beds were comfortable and the beach was awesome. The host was amazing - I changed our plans several times and they handled it all promptly and via text. Super easy to deal with (THANK YOU!) We loved the proximity to walk over to Hammerheads for grilled oysters, rented bikes from Bike Bear and toured around St. Andrews National park on them and stopped for lunch / HH at Patches and walked down one day to Pinneapple WIlly's for HH on the pier. Would definatley reocmend for a comfortable, great location and cost effective vacation!

Loved our vacation!

We really enjoyed staying at Dolphin View in Panama City Beach! The home is open and spacious and we felt relaxed right when we walked in. The best thing about this home is how close you are to the beach...it's truly right there on the sand and the view is incredible. The back patio is an extra treat and it was really nice to be able to hang out and enjoy the sunset. The outdoor furniture is new and upgraded and everything outside felt clean and fresh. The back patio also had plenty of room for our two SUPs and a kayak to stay safely during our stay (we appreciated the cameras for this reason as well). The location of this home is an added plus -- you can walk to a few restaurants, shops, and Ms. Newbys liquors. This was a huge help because we were sharing a couple of cars and it was nice to have some freedom without a car. Our only complaint about this home were the pillows. Most were too large and firm for our taste. We did finally discover a few extra in one of the extra closets, which helped. With this being said, the beds themselves are comfortable, along with all the other furniture! We would definitely stay at Dolphin View again when visiting Panama City Beach. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Vacation

My family and I truly enjoyed our PCB vacay! The townhouse was amazing, beach front, quiet, and Dolphin View did actually give us Dolphins jumping on several days! 10/10 would recommend this place!

We Loved It

This place was stunning. My favorite were the bathrooms. My family and I enjoyed out stay here. They had plenty of everything. All we had to do was buy food. This was our first time in Panama and this place made it very memorable. Everything from checkin in to comminication was remarkeable.
