Beachfront Townhome! Drive Up to Your Door! Pet Friendly! Sleeps 6. Remodeled!

  • Remodeled townhome #27 with 3BR/3BA located RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!. 2 private parking spots at your front door, and a 3rd spot along the wall. No streets to cross, just walk out your back door to your deck, the sugar white sand beach and beautiful views of the ocean. Sleeps 6 in 3 king sized beds.

    1st bedroom on the main floor, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room with sleeper sofa.

    2 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bathroom. Washer/dryer upstairs.

    The townhouse has been renovated with tile and granite throughout.

    Private fenced in yard on the beach side to keep Fido in.

    Walking distance to Pier Park (1 mile)
    Grocery/liquor store and CVS right across the street. Restaurants also in walking distance.

    Pets are allowed with a one time pet fee ($199/pet) (Dogs are not allowed on the beach except at the dog beach park next to the pier. There is also a great dog park at Frank Brown Park 1.4 miles away).
