Remodeled townhome #27 with 3BR/3BA located RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!. 2 private parking spots at your front door, and a 3rd spot along the wall. No streets to cross, just walk out your back door to your deck, the sugar white sand beach and beautiful views of the ocean. Sleeps 6 in 3 king sized beds.

1st bedroom on the main floor, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room with sleeper sofa.

2 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bathroom. Washer/dryer upstairs.

The townhouse has been renovated with tile and granite throughout.

Private fenced in yard on the beach side to keep Fido in.

Walking distance to Pier Park (1 mile)
Grocery/liquor store and CVS right across the street. Restaurants also in walking distance.

Pets are allowed with a one time pet fee ($199/pet) (Dogs are not allowed on the beach except at the dog beach park next to the pier. There is also a great dog park at Frank Brown Park 1.4 miles away).

Great pet stay and location

Comfy beds and great location! So close to dog park both on the beach and at Frank Brown. Nice deck area fenced in so the dogs can't run to the beach! No dogs are allowed on the beach except for Dog Beach...PCB rules. The location is away from the crowds but close to Pier Park and we went during Spring Break! Would love to book again soon!

Good location (construction going on) Quiet side for sure

Location was good. Area quiet compared to most. Construction going on in front of entrance. Need to deep clean air vents through the entire home. Very pleasant, quiet and relaxing couldn’t get in water (2x Red Flags) entire stay.

Family vacation

Even though our time was cut short because of the hurricane all if us enjoyed our stay while we were there. You could walk a few steps and be on the beach. Great location and host responded quickly to any questions. We would love to stay at this property again!

Great place with great communication :)

The property manager was amazing at communication and the property was really clean and exactly like the pictures. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation to anyone staying here would be to get up early and reserve a spot on the beach because the public access is very close and the beach fills up fast.

Thanksgiving family vacation

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for! The house was beautiful & had everything we needed! The view and our very own “private beach” were amazing! The beds were comfortable. 3 full bathrooms were definitely a plus with 8 adults! We will definitely want to stay here again & again!

Fun family vacation

We all enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. It’s just steps away from the beach and close to restaurants and grocery store. There was plenty room . We had 6 adults and 5 children. We would have no problems staying here again.

Wonderful Location

This was our first family vacation with the dog to Panama City Beach! This rental was perfect for our family and the convenience of the BEACH right outside the back deck was amazing! The house had all the necessities of home in the kitchen and TVs in every room. The area of Panama City Beach this home is located in is convenient to everything. We enjoyed great food at the Pier in evenings and the beach right out back was amazing. We look forward to coming back to Panama City Beach soon!

One nice trip

This is one of thebest located place for me and the family the location in this little strip was perfect if we arre able and walking will try again next summer in july or first of august when grandkids is out of school THANKS FOR LETTING US STAY will be back for sure, needs a broom to get sand walked in up and dust pan..

Another fun pup holiday

This was our second stay with our pup at this location and it once again didn't disappoint and we stand by our previous review of a 10/10. More so since this time we didn't have any of the little issues that we noticed last time. We had amazing views being right on the beach, and the weather this time was amazing so we got to enjoy the deck much more than last time. Having an area that is dog friendly is amazing, as we hate to leave our furbaby behind when we go on adventures and for us that is what matters. We are looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Perfect week!

We decided to book a trip last minute. This place was perfect. Right on the beach. Due to local construction, getting in/out of the property for groceries and dinner was a breeze. The home is up to date, clean and all amenities you require. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The deck on the gulf was a delight for sunsets. Highly recommend !

EXCELLENT!! everything we needed (cookware, chairs, tv's furniture, appliances, heat, a/c [we used both], water pressure, living room seating, deck chairs, access to beach and gulf, decor, nearness to fun restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops.....even our little doggie loved it!! it was GREAT to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, too!

Great stay

Very impressive rental. Host responded quickly to questions. We did underestimate the size of this place . With 3 master bedrooms they are enormous with plenty of extra room. The living area is enormous as well and a fully stocked kitchen. The convenience with a 6 month old was great. Just step off back deck to a few steps and you’re on the beach. Location to pier park, grocery store and Walmart was excellent . Temperature real feel that week was 111-118 and the air conditioning did not disappoint which was a plus . Absolutely would love to stay at this property again !!!

Pictures need updating!

1st, pictures are OLD! Place needs some TLC. Spent 2 days trying to get bbq grill and patio umbrella as listed! Doorbell doesn’t work so almost missed delivery of items we had to be there for. Vacation time wasted! After that enjoyed our time and location. Comfortable enough, but just would like to get place as advertised.

Location is great! Inside needs some updates.

The location of this property is its greatest asset. We normally eat most meals in when we vacation because of the cost and the children. The kitchen needs a lot. The silverware was dollar tree quality. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes so I had to wash them by hand after every meal. There was no mixer. The ceiling in the downstairs bathroom has a major leak and looks like it will collapse at any time. The trashcan in the kitchen was way too small and we were only given 2 bags for a 4 day stay. There should be a broom at least if not a vacuum cleaner available. The AC worked well. The beds were comfortable. Overall though, I cannot recommend this to my friends which is sad because it has so much potential.

Clean, beautiful, beachfront!

This property is an amazing beachfront! Walk out to the patio and you're steps from the ocean. 8 patio chairs and a nice grill. The townhouse was very clean and had all the necessities needed for a stay! It has beach chairs, a beach umbrella as well as sand toys. You may need additional beach chairs of your own, depending upon group size. It has starter coffee filters, a little coffee, creamer, saran wrap, paper towels, toilet paper and dish liquid! You will need to replenish for a longer stay. This isn't a big "fancy" highend place so don't expect that, especially for the reasonable price that allows some families on lower budgets to enjoy a beautiful slice of oceanfront Florida for a week! This townhome suited us great because we were either at the beach, eating out or sight seeing on Pier Park. Just a couple things to note but absolutely does not take away from this awesome place: there are no beach towels so bring yours! And no mixer in the kitchen (no big deal) My husband's fav is cheese cake and no mixer...but we made it! Could use an extra dish cloth and towel too 😊. There is a big tv in living room and one bedroom has a small one. One in downstairs bedroom would have been nice while getting grandson down for a nap everyday but no biggie again! We thoroughly enjoyed this townhouse for a week with our family!! Would definitely stay again!! Thank you to the owners! 😊

A wonderful family vacation spot

We had 4 adults, 2 kids under 10 and 1 dog. This place was perfect for all of us. Pros: 1) A/C worked wonderfully! Placed stayed nice and cool 2) location was awesome. Literally on the beach. Was close enough to pier park and attractions but far enough from the mega hotels that the beach was busy but never overcrowded. 3) place was a little dated but I thought that was perfect for a dog friendly and kid friendly location. Nothing dangerous or super fancy for a dog or kids to mess up. 4) deck was a great place to grill and enjoy the beach in the morning and evening. It’s gated at the top of the stairs. Umbrella was broken but the owner had a new one sent the next morning! 5) the little fenced in area was actually perfect! Great place for the dog to hang out and then store beach supply stuff 6) outside “hippie shower” was great for rinsing off and not bringing in tons of sand 7) this location stayed pretty quiet once 10 pm hit and I never heard my neighbors. 8) the place had a coffee pot, some pans, utensils, dishes, washer, dryer, grill and TVs for watching a show at night. 9) loved the king beds and the fact that each room had a bathroom Cons: 1) I thought the beach out front was dog friendly but it’s actually the pier which is a mile away. 2) bring your own paper plates, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. What was provided was very limited (1 roll of toilet paper etc) 3) broom and vacuum were broken (we bought a broom and left it) 4) no ice/filtered watr

Amazing Pup Holiday

We absolutely loved out stay and the area. We always feel bad about not being able to take our furbaby with us when we go out, so the Pier Park area was our first experience with a truly dog friendly location. She really enjoyed being able to go with us exploring the Pier Park shops and being able to go in the shops with us, the restaurants and even the beach which we frequented almost daily. Other than a few minor things, the property exceeded our expectations and we have no complaints. We did notice a couple things like the door threshold had been worn down. We mentioned this and they were taken care of right away even though it was over a holiday. What was provided for use was inline with what we expected from a property that is being rented out to people, and it suited us just fine. We don't need to have high end utensils, sheets, towels etc. since every day items work just the same. It also reduces the risk that items will come up 'missing'. The one complaint we had...was the weather! But that isn't anything that anyone can do something about. We happened to be there when there was a cold front going through. While it was still warmer than where we are from in the Northern states in December, it was still weather that we pulled out our sweatshirts and used our dogs blanket for. If we decide to visit during the same time frame another year, we know to adjust what we bring for clothing.

10 days and enjoyed every minute. Will definitely stay there again. We have been coming to Panama City beach for 30 years and this one of the best stays.
