  • On the beach /west end. Best Location on the beach . This 2 Story townhome brings you the vacation you need with all amenities. Approx 2 miles from Pier park, Frank brown park with pools kid friendly activities . 1.2 miles from Dolly Pardon’s Pirates of the Caribbean & Top Golf . Walk directly out on the beach from the back deck over 1600 Sqr ft .Bedrooms upstairs & down it is a 2 Story 3 baths, location is At the Round about. Full kitchen, and all amenities, new sofas with covers etc. umbrella table chairs on back deck. Watch the sunsets while grilling out. However not pet friendly but there are reasonable pet boarding co.near by. Step out from back deck to the beach. One bedroom has a king bed & 2nd Bdr upstairs has a qn size bed. Down stairs there is a full size love seat bed and 2 sofas enough to sleep 6-8 w/ kids. This town home is on the beach wake up to the sound of the waves and public access and tiki bar next door : updated all new flooring and tastefully remodeled. Clean & new Grill with Umbrella on the back deck. Doors must be closed after opening due to the suction from the ocean in order to keep cool . Garage closed only with a code available by request during “BIKE only Week” only. Extra charge $150.00 bike only : Send message prior to booking & See member only deals.
