  • On the beach /west end. This townhome brings you the vacation you need with all amenities. Approx 2 miles from Pier park, Frank brown park with pools kid friendly activities .Walk out on the beach from back porch 1600 air Sqr ft .full Bedrooms upstairs & down it is a 2 Story 3 baths, At the Round about Y. Full kitchen, and all amenities, new sofas with covers etc. umbrella table chairs on back deck. Watch the sunsets while grilling out. However there are reasonable pet boarding co. Near by. Step out from back deck to the beach. One bedroom has a king bed & 2nd Bdr upstairs has a qn size bed. Down stairs there is a full size love seat bed and 2 sofas enough to sleep 6-8 w/ kids. This town home is on the beach wake up to the sound of the waves and public access and tiki bar next door & Sand Bar across the street & Currently updated all new flooring and tastefully remodeled. Cleaned with the Disinfectant . Grill and Umbrella on the back deck. Doors must be closed after opening due to the suction from the ocean in order to keep cool . Garage closed only with a code available by request during “BIKE Week” only. : Send message prior to booking & See member only deals. Garage $150.00 extra charge .Request special quote for any events etc.
    The Tiki bar at the Hotel next door is open from the beach .Steps to the beach from this unit. Ez parking 3 spaces & located at the west end near pier park where 79 highway meets Front beach Rd - old Y round about by PCB City Hall which is the access to back beach Road. For backed up traffic. This property was amazing! Step off the patio and into the sand. This property had everything we needed and more. The host communicated with us anytime we reached out. The location is right down the beach from Pier park where dining and shops are. Will stay again. Highly recommend! While we were there we had family photos done with Megan James Photography- highly recommend! Her photos are beautiful. If you get a chance go to shell island!

Gorgeous views of the ocean, with direct access to the beach. Near main attractions, but far enough away for a quiet night sleep. Home is very clean, and stocked with everything you will need in the kitchen. Communication with owner was wonderful and she was fast to respond. She went over and above to make our vacation wonderful and it was greatly appreciated. Definitely will be back!!

Relaxing at the beach

We had a wonderful, though short, stay at Panama City Beach. It seems the latest hurricane want to visit, so we went home early. While we were there, we enjoyed the deck that fed right out onto the beach. Parking by the front door was so nice for unloading and packing to leave. We were far enough away from the strip to avoid the crowds and traffic, but close enough to step out for meals and entertainment. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Great Location and Great Property

Was looking for something like this, easy access to a not so crowded beautiful beach. The view was incredible and the host was very helpful. We made some suggestions on how to reduce any sand getting into the apartment that would assist the host in keeping it cleaner. But the quality of the interior was first class. Very close to everything which we really enjoyed. We hope to return to the area next year.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to spend Christmas on the beach and this fit the bill. Located directly on the sand, we were able to hear the ocean and watch the sunset every night on the back deck. The condo was clean and cozy and felt like home. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful Christmas. Brandy, the owner, was very responsive regarding all our communications. 100% would recommend and will come again.

Perfect family spot

When we arrived I noticed the place was much cleaner than most places that we have rented before. We had an issue the second day with the ac and the owner had it fixed before that night! We did have to get a baby gate for the stairs, but we left it there for others to be able to use. I loved the way the kids had their own room that was close to us but not too close where we would wake them up easily. It was convenient being right on the beach and she already had kids sand toys so all we needed was our kiddie pool(also left for others to use) and our canopy to head out and enjoy the day!! We stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Would highly recommend and would love to come back!

Beautiful property on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in this super cute condo! Directly on the beach with everything you need! Just ateps away from the sand and water every morning! I can’t say enough about how well equipped the condo was and how clean everything was when we arrived! Brandy was extremely communicative with us well before we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. My kids loved being so close and having the master bedroom upstairs with the big windows was so beautiful! We will for sure be back to stay again!

Dream birthday vacation with the kids on fhe beach!

The grill, the patio, the bedrooms, the view form the master bedroom windows, proximity to pier park, and most important part... walking out the back door and there is the beach! It was amazing! The breakfast grill was missing so the owner drove over to give us a new one from store! A real wonderful experience to rent this place! Such good communication, and great accommodations! We had a great time on our stay. Checking was very easy and we were allowed to go in a couple hours earlier than actual check-in time. The cleaning had to be cut short due to a maintenance inspection so we had to get the cleaning crew back in to finish. Other than that, the property was in a great location and the beach was easily accessible. Communication with the host was great. She responded promptly to questions. Overall a great vacation

Great location beach townhouse

Overall, we had an okay stay. The location is perfect for "backyard beach" experience. The townhouse itself was large and spacious. We had many glitches on our 32 night stay. Internet went out second day due to outdated router which we ourselves went to Xfinity to replace(no internet for almost a week), dishwasher disposal broke and took 4 days to repair, glass shower door in master bath randomly came off track and shattered all over master bathroom floor and dryer broke toward end of stay which was replaced by repairman. Owner was somewhat helpful but did not offer any compensation to us at all for our time and effort in taking care of the matters. Still waiting on the pet fee that was supposed to be refunded day one.Would not stay at this location again due to outdated equipment (tv super old, grill old and filthy, deck paint peeling) and lack of owner appreciation for all the inconveniences in our 5 week stay.
