We love this carriage house! Perfect location - right next to Barrett Square and less than a 10 minute walk to your favorite spot on the beach (Western Green walkover). The extra half bath is a unique amenity and the covered porch was perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. Walk to everything and don’t miss the Sunday Market - half a block away. Kitchen is a little small but plenty of space for meal prep and lots of storage. It was perfect for a couple.There is also a garage parking space - another unique amenity, with room to store your beach gear. Insider tip - bring your own beach set up (wagon recommended) and set up by 9a to get a front row spot between the Rosemary and Pearl Hotel beach set up spots, to the left of the lifeguard stand/pathway to the water. Directly in front of the end of the ramp (important if you have a beach wagon).We’re already booked to return in October!

Extremely clean and easy to park/access. Amazing location right in the heart of Rosemary beach and the downtown life. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and perfect size for two for a short stay. Furnishings a bit tired. Bed not the best - could not have done it more than three nights. Accessed via a flight of stairs so, if mobility an issue, there’s that. Right in middle of Rosemary - never moved car out of garage.

Great location for a tired but cozy place

On the plus side, it’s a great location with dedicated parking. No one is going to cook in that small kitchen but it is big enough to make margaritas (and we donated a lime/lemon press for future use). The furniture, however, is tired. The coach is lumpy and leaning, the chairs old in the tooth and what appeared to be the offer table was broken in the garage.A “window shade” was actually a piece of paper that was taped to the wall.With a little bit of care it could be fixed up “Big Thyme”.
