Relaxation and adventure await at this lovely Beach Cottage located in The Cottages at Camp Creek in Seacrest Beach on 30A. It offers resort accommodations for up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The small resort community offers a community pool and Hot Tub, as well as a private deeded beach access right across 30A. It’s prime location, just off scenic Highway 30A is just minutes from the sugar-white Seacrest beaches, shopping, entertainment and dining options 30A has to offer. The open floor plan offers a spacious family room, dining area and a large, fully-apportioned kitchen, with an incredible marble island. A large custom refrigerator and stainless steel appliances means that you can still cook family dinners while on vacation.

- The first floor offers full bathroom w/ a walk-in shower, as well as a full-size laundry room w/ High
Efficiency Washer and Dryer.
- The backyard is a peaceful, serene place with plenty of seating and a propane grill.
- The dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the Marble breakfast bar.
- The Master Suite is elegantly decorated with a King bed and a flat screen TV. It also features a
workspace. - The Master Bath has a walk-in shower and dual vanities.

Overflow parking is available on a first come/first serve basis. Parking pass in unit is required when
parking in designated overflow parking at front of neighborhood. No more than 1 car per home is
allowed in overflow parking. A fine of $100/day may be imposed to renter.

Perfect Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for our family - had all the amenities needed and all the rooms are decorated so well (and comfortable). We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio (enjoying a glass of wine) and the 3rd floor bonus room was great for our teenagers (and with an ocean view!). Great location - such an easy/quick walk to the beach. And an easy bike ride (having the bikes included was GREAT) to Alys and Rosemary. We will definitely be back!
