The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to include this cozy getaway retreat, steps to the Beach into our portfolio of the "Always Collection", our adult only selection of carriage homes all located in the town of Rosemary Beach. If you are searching for a comfortable oasis with the sophistication and charm of a luxury hotel this is the place to spend your Rosemary Beach experience. This newly refurbished Pied-a-Terre is perfect for couples wanting to spend quality time together and enjoy everything our town has to offer.
Upon arrival you can enjoy a complimentary split of champagne, two spa style robes for your comfort as well as numerous other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner from our local Apothecary Pish Posh Patchouli's and Amavida, our local organic and fair trade coffee roaster.
There is plenty of room to relax in this intimate cozy retreat. Featuring an open floor plan to include spacious seating area, well equipped kitchen, counter seating island, separate dining area and newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower.
An architecturally Designed Stairway for maximizing living space leads to the second floor sleeping loft with a queen bed. There is also a washer/dryer in the garage of the carriage house for your use.
On your way to the beach you will notice that beach towels have been provided, two complimentary bikes, a beach cooler and two chairs (beach set-ups are also available however not complimentary).
Should you be planning an extended visit or an impromptu getaway this cottage will not disappoint Please be advised that we only allow a maximum of two adult guests. Convenient Parking is available on Rosemary Avenue. As it is a short walk to the center of town with the many dining choices, driving will not be necessary during your visit.

Great Location

This cottage was perfect! Short walk to beach and to town. Cottage was fully stocked with all that you need. The bed is super comfy. We would definitely stay again.

Carriage House in Rosemary

Lovely carriage house with close access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Owners live in main house and they were super friendly. Would definitely come back!

Perfect little carriage house

Beautiful cozy place to stay in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Comfy bed and cute balconies (one with street view perfect for people watching, other on the side, cozy more private). Walking distance to everything. We loved it!!

Great Location

This was a superb stay! This carriage house was clean and lovely, with amazing architectural charm and so tastefully appointed. Owners Amy and Dan, were just wonderful. We enjoyed meeting them, and every minute at Number 92. The carriage house had everything one would need for a perfect stay. All was thoughtfully done, and well-designed, and we enjoyed the bikes, too!

Wonderful Location

Communication with the owner was great. Location was within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the beach. We also loved access to the pool. The VRBO was perfect. As other reviewers mention, the stairs are tricky but doable. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing get away and location

We had the most amazing time staying in the carriage house and exploring Rosemary Beach. It felt Iike we were in a village that was quiet, welcoming, and with amazing architecture. Cannot say enough good things, we will most definitely be back here. The locals that we were fortunate to engage with were all truly welcoming and made us feel at home.

Wonderful

Great location! Enjoyed bikes and loved access to washer and dryer. Stairs may be a bit tricky for older couple, however all in all we definitely enjoy all the amenities. It was a very relaxing stay!

From start to finish the experience was good. Easy to find, clean and quiet. Short walk to beach. Due to the stairs being steep I don’t recommend this place for older people. Otherwise nice place.

Cozy Cottage & Perfect Location

This adorable carriage house was perfect and exceeded my expectations! The location is private and secure but also about 60 seconds away from the beach and about a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. I loved not having to drive anywhere the entire stay. We also walked to the pools. Everything was clean and beautiful! It is the PERFECT spot for a couples’ getaway.

Convenient, and Beautiful Stay

We had a great extended weekend here. The house is close to the beach, and all the shops/restaurants. It’s a very quiet community. We had no issue with finding street parking. The stairs are tricky in the house as others mentioned but doable. The house was very clean, we loved the location.

Great place!

Love the location so close to everything! Perfect size for me and my husband. Had issues with the beach access gate not working, Cheryl could not have been more helpful! The stairs are different so may not work for older people or people with health issues as the bathroom is downstairs. We will definitely be back !!

Fabulous!

The location and carriage house exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and the bed and bedding is so comfortable. The staircase is a little tricky and takes some getting used to. The short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping is amazing. We didn’t want to leave. Cheryl was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

The property was perfect for us. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed having the bikes, beach chairs, wagon, and washer/dryer provided. The beach was so close to the carriage house and Main Street. So it was the perfect walk or bike ride. Our only suggestion would be allowing to have the carriage house guest have a reserved parking spot. The main house guest took parking in driveway and front of the home. Besides that it was perfect and the most relaxing vacation we have had. 5/5

Perfectly special little spot near the beach & town

What a sweet little carriage house so close to town and the beach. It was well-appointed (super soft sheets!), very quiet and overall a nice stay. The bathroom is small and the stairs up to the loft are really tricky, so expect your trips up to the bed to be strategic. We loved the bikes available at our convenience and the beach is so close too! We never got in our car actually. The check-in process got muddled as the Owner said she emailed us our Check-In instructions, but we never got them. I reached out prior to our arrival with no reply then day-of had to troubleshoot with VRBO. (Be sure to check your junk mail I suppose!). We enjoyed our weekend getaway tremendously and are glad we got to stay at this special lofted space

BEST location in Rosemary Beach! Walk everywhere!

We had a fantastic stay in Rosemary Beach. The carriage house was the BEST location! Directly on the little path/boardwalk to the "E" walkover to the beach (about a one minute walk to beach) and just a few quick blocks to the adorable downtown area with tons of great restaurants/shopping/etc. Parking on street but we never had an issue getting a spot directly in front. There was also a gorgeous pool a few blocks away. Loved having bikes available and we used them a lot! Unit was beautifully renovated/decorated ...everything looked brand new and was extremely tastefully done. Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to make meals. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the towels were very nice quality. Steep stairs up to loft/bed could be tricky if you aren't agile. It was great having laundry, beach chairs, and a little rolling beach cooler too. We purchased a beach umbrella because there wasn't one there, but we left it behind for others. Comes with 'amenity pass' which is required for entry to beach/pools. You only get this if you are staying WITHIN Rosemary-- so be sure you ask about this if you're considering other properties. This was listed as "adult only" but I think it's just this unit--there were definitely kids in the surrounding homes. Didn't bother us! Owners were next door and very nice and helpful! Communication with Cheryl was easy and fast! 10/10 stay--for sure!

Great Stay at Rosemary Beach!

We had an amazing experience at Rosemary Beach. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and retail at Rosemary Beach. The property was equipped with all we needed and was perfect for a getaway with my spouse.
