Another Great Stay
Beach was great albeit a little windy. Easy to cook at the condo and great options to eat out nearby. The condo is our son's favorite place and we look forward to returning in a few months.

Winter Retreat
The view was great. The beach was great for walking and the heated pool was enjoyable almost every day of our stay. Three bedrooms was nice. Many restaurants were nearby as well as grocery stores.

Cozy Christmas Condo
This was our first Christmas with our family away from home. Our wek's stay was wonderful, Everyone commented on the spaciousness, the modern upgrades and the beautiful decor! We enjoyed our walks on the beach and the heated pool! We thank God for sunny days in December with swims in the heated pool! We all came home with suntans! Clean and well equipped for fixing meals. We all liked the area and found people very friendly. Staff so accommodating, Special thanks to the owner!

Love this condo!
Stayed with our girlfriend group and just love this condo. Very cute and clean with everything you need. Great location with an enclosed balcony overlooking the beach. Melodie is great to work with and I will definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend
We enjoyed ourselves and the owner was super attentive!! I felt like it was home away from home and didn't need for anything! The Condo is loaded with all you need to just stay in and enjoy the view and beach!!

Great time on Thomas Drive
Our 3yr old had the best time, unit is updated, kitchen is great, beach is beautiful, lots of beach toys, great restaurants near by. Great communication from host. Already booked a return trip for more family fun at the beach.

Family beach trip success!
This unit is well maintained but the building is older and some maintenance issues were reported. However, any issue reported to Melodie was addressed and resolved the same day or next morning by maintenance. Overall, we had a great stay and fun at the beach :)

Beautiful Location!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view was great from the balcony. We enjoyed the outdoor grills and downstairs restaurant. It was clean and spacious for 6. The only negative was the parking and elevators. It was very crowded the week of July 4th.

The view from the condo is wonderful. I do not like that the balcony is enclosed. It needs a good deep cleaning and new furniture. Great location and steps from the ocean! Love the karaoke nights . My family and I enjoyed our week here.

Annual Family Vacation
We've been coming to Regency Towers for our family vacation for almost 30 years. We love the pools, Bikini Bob's, and the beach. RT is an older condominium, but has been updated over the years and a great place to stay. There are scheduled activities during the week too. Our condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The owner was easy to work with.

Nice quiet property. Loved the pools and restaurant on site. Close to the marina for renting a pontoon for the day and restaurants are close by! Condo was spacious and well stocked. Would love to stay again!

Very nice and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Our stay was in December and it was nice to go from the freezing ocean water to the heated pool. and then to a warm bath.

Everything was great, it was easy to access. I really liked the closed in balcony since i have a little one. It was more room than we needed this trip but it was nice to have. This was our first time staying here, but we will definitely book again for our next trip down.

The location is great! The condo was VERY outdated. It was surface level clean but looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The internet/tv was in and out the whole week we were there (the host did contact us about it) and our AC was out for a day. Having small kids made these things VERY inconvenient. The host offered a $35 refund which was a joke for the amount this thing cost. The tiki restaurant was hit or miss on being open and out of things so that was also frustrating. We also had the condo next door and it was very unclean. I would definitely stay at this resort again but not these particular condos.

Wonderful stay
Loved the location, condo was clean! Could have used a pan (pizza or cookie) and blackout curtains in the master, but that's my only complaint! Hope to stay there again!

We had a great time on this trip. All we wanted was some beach time and some pool time. We got it, and it was so nice. Enjoyed the kareoke there on the premises. Nice touch. The tiki bar was a nice touch as well. Would visit here again.

Overall, completely satisfied with our stay! Everyone had a great time! The condo was much bigger than we all expected for our party of 10, the pictures did not do it justice! The balcony had a nice view of the beach with plenty of seating and a fan! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely place. Do wish the balcony was not in closed. Gets way to hot even with a fan an open windows. I am sure it is great in the winter but summer way to hot!! Owners ate quick to respond. Condo is perfect for 6 people.

Wonderful beach place
We loved our stay. Nine of us stayed in Melodie's place and her sister's next door. The condo is as described and super clean, and the common areas at the resort are well maintained. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation and the view from her balcony is just beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

Nice, but... although the place was clean, the furniture was a bit worn and in need of updating. The bed in the front room needed some mattress support as it did not sleep well, and the bath and shower need some attention.

Wonderful vacation
This condo was spectacular! It was so roomy and clean! It’s close to the elevator and the elevator is super fast. We had issues with construction going on in the condo next door, but Melodie was very concerned and attentive and worked with us to resolve the situation to the best of her ability. We would definitely stay with her again!
