With the same stunning style and gorgeous design of the main home— only on a slightly more petite scale— Deauville Carriage House is the ideal pied-å-terre for smaller groups looking for the perfect balance of easy comfort and luxurious style. With a main living area and a lofted sleeping space, there’s still plenty of room to spread out at Deauville Carriage House. This convenient hideaway can also be rented with the main house for larger groups needing more space and privacy.

Located above the garage, the main living area of Deauville Carriage House is on the second level, allowing for an ideal vantage point for people watching and enjoying the refreshing sea breezes. Bright white walls and large, sunny windows create an open and inviting vibe, while comfy neutral furnishings face a large HDTV— ideal for kicking back with your favorite TV show and some snacks.

A cozy breakfast nook with a bistro table for four leads into the recently remodeled kitchen, where a mosaic-tile backsplash highlights sea glass-colored cabinets. Natural light streams into this space and illuminates the premier appliances, including a smooth-top electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The carriage house also boasts its own washer and dryer.

Sleeping spaces at Deauville Carriage House abound, including a fold-out sofa bed in the living area and two fold-out child beds tucked underneath the stairway. If you climb the steps, you’ll find a delightful lofted sleeping area with a luxe queen-size bed and a large HDTV. Back downstairs, the full bathroom features a marble vanity and a spacious, glass-enclosed shower.

Deauville Carriage House also includes a lovely private terrace overlooking the charming neighborhood below. For beach lovers, nothing compares to the convenience of throwing a beach towel over your shoulder, slipping on your flip-flops, and being at the shoreline in just a few short steps. You’ll also be close to downtown Rosemary, ideal for romantic dinners or lazy afternoons of strolling around with ice cream cones.

Just so you know, guests of Deauville Carriage House (guest house above garage) do not share the courtyard area, pool or outdoor kitchen with guests of Deauville Cottage (main house).

Great place for vacation

The Deauville carriage house is ideal for a couple. It is bright with modern decoration setting your mood for vacation time @ Rosemary beach. The location is excellent, as it is 3 min walk from the beach and from the restaurants. We strongly recommend it, and we look forward to renting it again when we return to 30A Florida.

Had an A/C problem the first night, called in at about 5, and a tech came and fixed it that evening. Impressive! Watch your head in the loft!!

Clean and great location!!

The property and location were perfect for our family of 4. My husband and I took the loft and set our 3 and 5 year olds up on the pullout. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. Really easy walk to beach access as well as to the town square. Check in process really easy. Would stay here again! The only downsides were that the dryer really did not work and some of the locks on the doors were difficult to lock.

Fantastic location

We stayed in the Deauville Carriage House for a week and loved it. It was our first visit to Rosemary and we can’t say enough good things about it. The unit was well appointed and comfortable, the location is unbeatable. Would definitely return. Only complaint is the pillows were terrible. Bring your own.

We brought an air mattress for our two kids but the fold out “beds” provided worked great! The decor is bright and airy, in good condition and the unit was very clean. There were ample amounts of towels and extra bedding. The best thing about this carriage house is the location, it’s so close to town square and the beach walkover. Management was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.I would highly recommend for a week away!

We did have a few issues some of which you can’t control. 1. The tv in the loft never worked even after a tech came. 2. The neighbours acrosss the street parked in front of their driveway so we couldn’t get our car out of the garage, and 3. The mattress on the pull out needs to be replaced or a very nice mattress pad should be provided. It was awful. I would stay here again no question if the pull out mattress has been replaced.

Fantastic stay! A little tight for a family, but great location and fantastic property. The only reason I put 4 stars in lieu of 5 was because the bed was either wildly soft or thin, maybe both. My pregnant wife didn't sleep most of the trip. That could also be preference. Otherwise, would book again! Lastly, the management and communication was seamless.

Absolutely LOVE the close proximity to the beach and some of the best shops and restaurants that the Rosemary beach area has to offer! It is a five minute walk to the beach and less to Gallions, Crema and the Pearl. Starbucks is also a five minute walk. The decor of the cottage is very tasteful and overall condition is very good. Parking in the garage is quite tight. If you have a mid size SUV, it is extremely tight and a large SUV will not work. I have stayed in the cottage twice and would definetely stay again.
