The Fish Carlton is a beautiful 6 bedroom (Additional sleeping Loft area) 4.5 bath home that sits directly on the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there! Home is approximately 3000 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media/Game room for the kids upstairs with foosball table and large 55 inch HD flat screen. "55 inch HD flat screen in Living room as well. 8 Flat Screen Tv's in All. every bedroom comes with a flat screen tv- With over 2000 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 800 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), The Fish Carlton is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Large kitchen table seats 8-10 + 4 more at the standard height kitchen bar (plenty of outside dining as well - 10 more!). Bench and outdoor shower on walkway.. Large Grill on deck overlooking the ocean for outdoor BBQ.. Paver Driveway Parks 6 vehicles in front of the Fish Carlton. We had an amazing time at the Fish Carlton, the house was big enough for 10 adults and 3 littles! There are even two refrigerators in the house with plenty of room for large groups! The pool and deck was awesome and right on the beach 10/10 we will definitely be back !

My friends and I had an amazing stay in this house! It wasn’t ever too cramped and the two refrigerators really helped with food storage. Having the pool/hot tub so close to the beach was so nice. Would definitely recommend!

It was so great to walk right onto the beach from the porch. The beds downstairs were like sleeping on boxsprings. A few things that were broke but the management Kelly was so kind and very prompt on getting them fixed. Loved the location. Was very easy to get to.

Amazing Vacation Home!

This was by far the best vacation home we have stayed in! The host was amazing, and was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants. Having the pool and hot tub were definitely a huge hit with the whole family. The house was also perfectly laid out and fully equipped to make for a stress free vacation. We will definitely be returning in the future to make more lasting memories!!

What a great beach home! And in a great location, too. Had a great time during our last chance to get some sun and warm weather before the cooler months set in. The kids had a blast! The ease of getting around and walking distance to food, parks, and shops really sealed it.

Best Family Vacation

We got this house for a big family vaca with all of our kids had grand babies and it did not disappoint. The size of the house was perfect, everyone had plenty of space. We bounced between the beach and the pool all day and played cards games at the large kitchen table at night. We definitely plan on returning every two years. We made such amazing family memories that we all will cherish forever.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The wonderful amenities, like the pool and hot tub, added to this property. Being right on the beach was so nice! The management was very quick to reply to some questions we had. We very much would like to return again soon! All four families were extremely happy with everything offered.

2024 Fall Break

Beautiful, convenient location. Being able to walk directly to the beach was so nice. Also, it was so convenient for the older children to go back and forth between the adults on the beach and the adults at the pool. The house's lay-out was perfect. My only recommendation is to invest in new mattresses. We hope to stay at the Fish Carlton again.

We had a lovely week. The beach was beautiful and just steps away. The house was exactly as described. We had a small maintenance issue and the maintenance men arrived in an hour and fixed it. The owner responded quickly to a question I had. The location was good - the beach was not too crowded, and there was a Publix 5 minutes away.

Amazing Experience!

This was an amazing vacation rental for my family. We normally each rent condos on the beach, but for this trip, we decided to rent a beach house for all of the family. This was such an amazing trip. Beautiful Ocean View

This was the first time we chose a place in northern Florida. I think we should have probably waited another month or so for better weather. It was very cold, in the 40 degree range and made it harder to enjoy the property. The last couple days were in the 60's so it was more enjoyable. The property itself was nice and overall we had a good time.

Summer Family Vacation

AWESOME!! This house was absolutely perfect..beautiful location w/easy access to the beach. The convenience of the pool/hot tub on the deck was perfect. Beautiful sunsets! We used Chairs2U and Scott (the owner) was excellent..our beach chairs were set up early every day, and we had an amazing bonfire w/music, s’mores and the most beautiful set up. The house is so comfortable with plenty of space for everyone, also has great kitchen. We had NO problems, perfect weather, and beautiful water. We have been vacationing in this area for years and this is one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space😍!

Annual framily trip

The location and views were amazing. However, the check-in process could have been more clear. I was never informed that I would receive an email from someone other than VRBO. Then in that email you have to download a different app to sign a rental agreement to get a code for the door. All but 2 beds had sand in them and clearly were not cleaned. We were told NOT to strip the beds because it was easier for housekeeping. We now know why. The hot tub would not keep temperature and you could only use one set of jets or it sprayed out of a knob that was caulked closed. The pillows were so flat and absolutely horrible. Its a really nice house but definitely has some minor issues.

Perfect spot!!

We had 4 families during our stay with all age ranges! It was perfect for our large family. We loved the pool/hot tub and the beach being just steps away. The kitchen was fully stocked and had 2 refrigerators, which is nice when you are cooking for a crowd. All of the beds were comfortable except for the twin trundle bed in one of the bunk rooms(it was almost like a box spring not a mattress). Overall cleanliness was really good. There were a few minor things like air vents/returns that need to be cleaned. Pool towels were provided, which was a bonus! Things we brought/bought: hand soap and toilet paper for bathrooms, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, foil, baggies, seran wrap, and containers with lids for left overs. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Pier is a 15 min drive away (lots of shops/restaurants/things to do). Walmart is 10-12 mins away, Publix is 4 mins. If you have never had Parlor donuts, they are a must try! If the family decides to stay in PCB again we will most definitely rent this house again! The host answered all of my questions ahead of time and communicated well. We had an amazing time and were able to spend a lot of quality time together as a family!
