Welcome to BEach Happy, a coastal retreat in the Beachwalk Condominium community, offering a shared pool, kiddie area, lush tropical park, tennis court, and quick boardwalk access to the beach. This pet-friendly haven features an updated kitchen, an inviting living space, and two cozy bedrooms (plus a sleeper sofa), all accented with coastal decor. Families will find baby gear on hand, and TVs in each room ensure entertainment for all. Just a short walk to the beach and minutes from local attractions, BEach Happy combines comfort, convenience, and charm for a memorable beachside escape.

**PET POLICY:
We are dog/pet friendly with a $50 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

There is a locked closet in the home that are is limits. It's labeled and located in the king master bedroom. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code as long as the mandatory online check-in form is filled out and the rental agreement is signed.

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

No parties/events.
No outside guests allowed on property.
No smoking inside property.

**POOL:
Host does not control the pool temperature or any maintenance required on it as it is maintained by the facility. Pool is not heated during cold months.
Host/owner has no control over temperature, maintenance, or responsibility of the pool.

All guests are expected to follow pool safety rules as posted in the pool area. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements and release host/owner/HOA from all liability.
